Poor

Building was lovely. Apartment lacked any basics one expects. Kitchen was empty. Barely any lights in the apt. Two 60 watts bulbs only. The shower did.not drain. The bathroom light was burnt out. Clearly this is a for rent only apartment that no one lives in. I do not recommend this apt.

Owner's Response: Dear Varda Farber What a horrible comment - but no complaints with me directly? The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen - if something was missing, we could have brought it immediately - and we could also have replaced the light bulb and fix the shower drain. You had daily housekeeping included in the rent, you just needed to tell them. These apartments are always in use during the whole year and such things can happen - we could have fixed it immediately but you preferred not to tell us anything. I am sorry. Kind regards Andrea
