This Newly Built -Waterfront Town house have 4 balconies whereof 2 large balconies with view of waterways and Tampa Bay. The 3bedroom 3 bath town house was recently complete updated with solid wood cabinets,new flooring,stainless steel appliances, electronics and all new designer furniture's-

While the townhome itself was in pretty good shape & clean (except for some of the kitchen items), I would not classify this as a luxury unit, but was fair for the price. I think a luxury unit would include all you need to enjoy your stay. Instead we got 2 trash bags & 1 roll of TP for each bathroom. We had to supply our own dish soap, extra TP, paper towels/napkins, trash bags (the ones they left were thin & exploded). There are no rugs anywhere on the tile floors, & I'd say the decor is pretty plain. Fitted sheets on the beds came off as soon as you laid on them. Fought with them nightly & got smacked in the face with it snapping off one night. The King size bed had a queen size top sheet & comfoter. The 2 balconies that over look water are an inlet, not the bay or marina. The balconies are not screened (or very clean) & we were there at a time when the No See Ums ate us alive. This is in a development where the contractor clearly abandoned the construction as there was a partially built complex, fenced off & crumbling next to our building (shame on the developer!). This place is not near anything, so looking for places to eat out was difficult except for the 2 restaurants on site. Getting to most tourist destinations took 45+ minutes. The staff upon arrival was friendly. We missed the part where they read the electric meter upon you arrival & departure & charge you separately for the electricity you use (not something I've ever had to do at a vacation rental). Jacuzzi in the pool area was empty during our visit. If you are looking for a place that is quite & out of the way of the regular tourist areas, then this is for you!
This property is nice enough for the price. It is well described in the listing and all the items listed are available, such as private beach, good restaurants, tiki bar, pool, etc. Upon our arrival we noticed that a sliding glass door was open on the third floor. There was also a bee hive directly out side the door, and bees were flying in and out of the property. When we called the person who was going to check us in, she sent someone to check it out. While she went in and checked out the unit for us, she didnt seem very understanding that we didnt want to stay there, being that the place could be infested with bees or other insects that couldve taken up residence in the condo since no one knew how long the door had been open. We had no recourse at this point but to check in and deal with it. They said someone would be there to remove the wasp nest in 24 hours, but that never happened. While we did not see any bees in the unit during our stay, we all suffered from multiple mosquito bites that we believe happened inside the condo. The towels provided were raggedy and worn, and the sheets did not stay on the beds while sleeping bc the elastic on the fitted sheets is so stretched out. Also, The property, while "waterfront" is off Route 41 which is a very rural area of Florida, and is at least 30 minutes from any and all civilization. The people that check us in and out of the property were nice enough, but provided no customer service, just collected money, gave you condo code and left.
