Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD. Our property is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, shopping, bars, and many restaurants.

We own 5 total units in downtown Ocean City and take pride in each one. We strive to keep our units clean and up to date in hopes that you will have the perfect vacation.

You will be able to park your vehicles in two covered parking spaces and avoid the hassle and expense associated with downtown parking.

This townhouse is located on two floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops and all the amenities of home. We have three bedrooms and two full baths with shower stalls only.

Our units have Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms. We also have Wi-Fi.

We own 2 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other, but also have the added privacy of their own unit.

And remember in our downtown units, you can avoid the hassle of crossing 8 lanes of traffic to get to the beach, which is associated with the uptown condo's.

Our cleaning crew is now offering a linen service payable through us. The cost is $150 plus tax. This is a one time service dropped off before your arrival. The service will provide sheets and they will also provide 10 towels, 10 washcloths, 3 hand towels, 2 bathmats, 2 dish cloths, and 2 dish towels to be used during your stay. Please let me know if you are interested in this service.

We try to visit Ocean City as often as possible, especially during the off season and have never been disappointed.
