VERY QUIET apartment with double glasses windows. The bedroom looks onto the courtyard.

The apartment is located in the prestigious ÎLE SAINT-LOUIS and the Saint-Louis en l'île street is the main street of the ISLAND, very lively during the day, with many shops (bakeries, cheese sellers, butchers...) and reputable restaurants, but very quiet at night. You feel on the island an atmosphere like nowhere else in Paris, a SMALL VILLAGE ATMOSPHERE. All the buildings of the island date from the XVI' and XVII' centuries.

IDEALLY LOCATED – just steps away from the Quartier Latin, the Marais, and the famous Notre Dame cathedral – it's the perfect place to discover Paris on foot.

Great from the start!!

Our stay didn't start in May. It started last fall. Philippe is one of the best VRBO owners we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the start of the process to Connie greeting us at the flat, this was a great experience!! If you want a neighborhood experience, Isle St Louis is your destination. Quiet, convenient and lovely. A large (by Paris standards) flat, but lovely! We will return!!! Thank you Philippe and Connie!!!

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location, perfect for exploring central Paris.

The apartment is located on a charming street of shops and restaurants that becomes very quiet at night. It is beautifully appointed with all the things a traveler needs. The location on Ile Saint Louis is close to two Metro stops, making it perfect for exploring all of Paris. It is also located in a great spot for relaxing and visiting many local shops and restaurants. Our host Philippe and his associates were very helpful and made check-in and departure very easy. Be aware parking on Ile St.Louis is very limited. I recommend parking elsewhere and using public transportation if possible.

Great apartment, great location, and very nice owners!

We had such a great time in Paris. The location was perfect. We saw all the major sites, and made it back to the apartment to take an afternoon nap. Dinner every night, capped off with an ice cream across the street. The neighborhood was quiet, safe at night, and classic old Paris. Thank you for the best experience.

Best VRBO I have used!! Everything was wonderful!!

Best VRBO we have used and average a couple uses each a year. Location made it easy to walk to most key sites, also numerous places to eat and shop close as well. Safe and quiet neighborhood, cant say enough positive things about our experience. The owner was especially helpful in helping with recommendations and a Taxi service, which was great as well. Will likely use again and have already recommended to family and friends.

Just perfect for our first, and hopefully not last, trip to Paris.

The cross ventilation provided by the large windows only adds to the allure of this apartment on a beautiful street, with La Fromagerie de L'Islea below, the Boulangerie Martin and the Boucherie Gardil on the same block! On the opposite side of the street, again on the same block is the Berthillon ice cream shop. A 4 minute walk to the river Seine and a 7 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral gives you an quick appreciation for the location of his apartment. On our second morning we rented Vélib' bikes and road less than 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower (and took an Uber back).

We were met at the apartment by Connie, Philippe's ever so helpful assistant, and the apartment itself is quite comfortable and is furnished with all that you will need for a wonderful visit to Paris.

One of my daughters has already recommended this apartment to a friend for her family's vacation in 2018, and we would love the opportunity to stay there again ourselves.
