We are privately owned and not part of any rental agency or company. Enjoy the fantastic views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountain Range with unobstructed views. Our 'casita' is a one level home with over 1500 accommodate.ft. of living area and a spacious deck that is over 800 sq. ft. Here you can sip your favorite beverage while dining on the patio and watching the amazing sunsets over the Moab Rim and the La Sals. The interior of our home has been completely upgraded to include a 3rd bathroom (great when you have a big party!) along with a wet bar and modern furnishings. The unit contains 3 bedrooms & 2 roll-away's/3 baths/2 fireplaces/bar and a huge patio furnished with a 6 seat dining set and outdoor grill. The third bath has is 'walk-in' shower for those who have trouble stepping over bathtubs. Your unit has WI-FI for your computer use, large screen LCD Televisions, Stereo with IPOD adapter for 'Pandora' or your own entertainment. There are also extra twin beds and even an air bed for an additional guest. Every attention to detail has been taken to make your holiday visit a memorable journey. Young and old alike will enjoy the conveniences of our home!

There is also ample parking for vehicles & trailers, racks in the over-sized two car garage for bike storage, and umbrellas and extra chairs for your guests to enjoy the evening views of the 'rim' and the La Sals. We are 'mountain people' who live in Park City, Utah. I am a retired business executive and my wife is a Special Education Teacher. We seek to learn from the wonderful places we live, and have come to love the amazing scenery Utah has to offer. We respect the simple things like a sunset in Arches or a hike to 'The Eye of the Whale' arch. We are amazed at the tranquility in the beauty of Hunter Canyon or a bike ride on the Rocking 'A' with the incredible views of the Red Rock and La Sals in the background. This is how life was meant to be, loving what Moab has to offer. We welcome you to this special place and hope you will take home memories that will last a life time.

We came to Moab from Park City as visitors and ended up wanting to spend as much time here as possible. Our family of 5 loves to bike, hike and explore this amazing country. When we are not skiing or biking in Park City we come to Moab to relax and take advantage of the great weather. We are fortunate to live in two of the best communities in the USA and we look forward to sharing our second home with you and your guests.

What makes this condo unique

Our home has spectacular views from a huge patio that makes it a special place to be. You are spell bound by the sunrise on the Moab Rim as well as the incredible sunsets on the La Sal Mountain Range.

Just wanted to let you know what a great stay we had at your Moab condo. It was very attractive, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities...and a great location for visiting the stunning surrounding Parks. Arches was our favourite but we also got to Canyonlands, Dead Horse, and Hovenweep. We even got to Bluff Fort which provided a very different perspective on the settlement of the State. Thanks too for your recommendation of the Castle Valley Outlook drive…it really was spectacular.

Awesome owner, location, attention to detail! Will rent again!!!!

I’d give this unit 6 stars if I could. This bar none is the nicest condo to stay in Moab! The icing on the cake was how accommodating the owner Ron was. This unit was everything as described on VRBO. This unit was extremely clean, well stocked, and had great unabstructed views of both rims and the Lasalle mountains. We especially appreciated how most of the windows faced the east. The morning sun at 5:30 am invited you to get up early and have a cup of coffee while it was a cool 60 degrees. In the late afternoon, this unit stayed nice and cool and we were able to open the blinds to see the fantastic views. Grilling on the newer Weber grill was very nice since we were in the shade. Even though it was in the 90s in the evening, we felt comfortable sitting on the outside patio. We especially appreciated the attention to detail which included soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Ron even had fresh condiments in the fridge. No detail was spared. Ron left very detailed instructions on everything which made it easy. He even provided information where to eat, get groceries, and hike. This was very helpful for a bunch newbies to Moab from Tulsa. A great experience. We will be back in the future!

Perfect location

We stay in Ron's condo once a year for rally on the rocks. This Condo is located in a perfect location for whatever your plans may be, close to riding and hiking trails and downtown. The condo is roomy and accommodating. We don't stay anywhere else, thanks Ron.

Great Spot for adventure retreat

We loved this location, close to town and an easy starting point for day adventures. A highlight for us was a trip South to the Needles area in Canyonlands. Arches can be quite crowded so don't forget all of the other great adventures nearby. We even made the drive to Palisade, CO for a day of wine tasting. The unit is nicely furnished and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Pleasant and functional for three couples near the parks

Moab is a great place to visit! The home is clean and nicely decorated. We found everything we needed for our two night stay. If there were neighbors in this condo building we didn’t hear a peep. Plenty of hot water. Speedy internet compared to a hotel. Didn’t realize all bedrooms were on the first floor...a nice plus for seniors. On the nits side: the convenient location adds some traffic noise when on the patio. The living room seating is very low. The kitchen is “cozy.”

Close to Arches & Canyon lands, Mesa Verde National Parks as well as the Colorado River. Mountain Bike or go 'Off Road' on world class trails. Hike in the fantastic Red Rock of Moab. After a vigorous day outdoors relax in the swimming pool or 'hot tub'.
