About this property

Extended Stay for Holidays & Business

We specialize in extended stay at our beautiful second floor, self contained apartment with your own entrance. One to two week regular cleaning with fresh sheets and towels is done by my housekeeper as a courtesy. For your convenience parking is right behind apartment next to back gate and below apartment we have a coin operated laundromat with detergent/softener provided. We provide 1 GB Internet Speed and wireless setup for better streaming on new 55" Roku TV with paid Spectrum App and connecting your own devices.

Our dogs are part of our family. Two labradoodles and one Yellow Labrador welcome our guests but will give you space once they meet you. We all live in the front downstairs apartment.

The 1940's construction style of the apartment with refinished wood floors, doors, and molding has been recently updated with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The view from upstairs of the beautiful fruit trees and garden makes this a relaxing place to just settle in and enjoy!

We look forward to welcoming you to our home and Long Beach!

Such a lovely apartment
We loved this apartment! Denise, Vance and the dogs made us so very welcome. The apartment has everything you will need while on holiday, Denise has thought of everything. Its so cosy and comfortable I wish we could have stayed longer. Denise and Vance....thank you for everything during our stay.

Great place to stay
I stayed here a few months while finishing my education. It was a great and safe experience. The location is in a nice area and the dogs on property are the best part 😁 built in friends and security. It's quiet and kept clean by the owner. I definitely recommend staying here as it's a fully stocked location with all the comforts of home.

Great little place and very clean. Bed was comfy and shower is large. AC rooms in the summer was perfect. Denise accommodated my large truck and I was very grateful. Recommend this place anytime.

Why they chose this property

The guest apartment is part of our residence located in Wrigley area of Long Beach. Wrigley was one of the first communities to be established in Long Beach. The neighborhood was first developed in 1905. The town received its name from William Wrigley, the owner and founder of the well-known Wrigley Spearmint Gum Corporation in Chicago.

The residents are very active in our community organizations which focuses on neighborhood and major city issues.

What makes this property unique

Of course, nothing can be better than Southern California weather for the sports enthusiasts. The Los Angeles River Bike Path is a half mile from the apartment and bikes can be rented in the area. There are standard stores like grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, as well as an authentic Mexican market and Mexican, Thai, and Vietnamese eateries.
