About this property

The modern furnished Villa RA is ideal for a family vacation, but also for guests who want to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This exquisite house is modern, comfortable and full of light. The downstairs open space has a large mezzanine, fireplace and a big table perfect for eating dinner all together.

The house is perfect for 8 to 13 people and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna, underfloor heating throughout the house.

The house is ideal for a group of friends as well as for families with children. For the youngest guests we have prepared a wooden baby crib, a room with 2 bunk beds, where they will find blocks, puzzles, toys. We also have children's accessories: 2 high chairs, platform, potty, toilet seat, bathtub, colorful plates and cutlery.

The place is ideal for relaxation, the garden is very large, has 2000m2, the area is very peaceful, from the terrace you can see meadows and fields, where deer run, cranes walk, storks fly. The nearest beach is 3,5 km away. In addition, we have 4 bicycles to rent, which can take you to the European Bison Reserve or nearby seaside resorts.

Our Villa is located in Kołczewo, a very quiet place in Poland on the Wolin Island. The village where Villa RA is located is only 3.5 km from the Baltic coast. The nearby beaches make an exceptionally quiet rest and fantastic views! Almost directly in front of the door there is the Kołczewo Lake, from where you can cycle to the Bison Reserve. Just 1.5 kilometers from the villa is the internationally renowned golf club Amber Baltic. The Woliner National Park starts 3km from the house.

tolles Haus für den Familienurlaub

das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig gelegen am Rand eines Naturschutzgebietes, in dem man abends den Froschkonzerten auf der Terrasse lauschen kann. Die Spielgeräte im Garten waren toll für die Kids. Innen war alles super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und das Kinderzimmer hielt zu unserer Überraschung viele hochwertige Spielsachen bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Aleksandra war außerordentlich gut, schnelle Antworten und einfach super nett. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen, wenn die Zuwegung dann auch noch besser ist. Momentan ist es sehr schlecht, viele Schlaglöcher, sehr viel Matsch.

Es ist ein Traumhaus. Die Ausstattung, Lage und Aussicht sind fantastisch. Der einzige Makel ist die"Straße " zum Objekt ......am besten mit einem sehr hohen Wagen zu bewältigen.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben den Aufenhalt in einer größeren Gruppe (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß mit genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder für alle. Der Garten ist schön groß wo die Kinder ordentlich toben konnte. Schade das das Trampolin bei uns noch nicht aufgebaut war. Einzig die Zufahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich. Zum Teil sehr tiefe Schlaglöcher, wo man regelmäßig aufsetzen kann. Zum Glück hatten wir kein Regen, dann wären wir unter Umständen auch noch irgendwo auf dem Weg stecken geblieben.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten ein tolles Weihnachten und schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus. Es wurde sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Das Haus ist super sauber gewesen und war super ausgestattet. Lediglich die Zufahrt war aufgrund der fehlenden befestigten Straße im Winter etwas beschwerlich.
