Completely renovated and newly refurnished for 2010-2011, this is a luxury two-bedroom, two-bath golf villa ideally located in the Golf Villas II section of PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Ideal for extended stays for Mets spring training or business relocations and temporary assignments.
Be our guest in the Master Suite (bedroom, bath with walk in shower and whirlpool, great room, full kitchen, large screened patio), the Studio Suite (bedroom, bath, kitchenette, small screened patio, and separate entrance), or the entire villa. Each bedroom has two brand new queen size beds. The great room and both bedrooms are equipped with brand new flat screen HD televisions, wireless internet, and cable TV service, and all the conveniences of home!
The villa is well equipped with everything you will need. Each suite is furnished for your convenience with ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, dinnerware and utensils, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and more. This ground floor unit has no steps to climb, is handicap friendly, and includes an outdoor storage closet for your golf clubs. The screened porches are the perfect place to relax with a cold drink and enjoy the park-like grounds. The community has a large, gorgeous pool with expansive sun deck and spotless rest rooms just a short walk from our front door. The villa’s location in a quiet cul-de-sac on Perfect Drive is just a minute walk to golf, pool, restaurants, and convenience store – relax, no need to drive!
From our villa, you can choose to walk to PGA Golf Club, which offers three championship golf courses, each meticulously maintained and able to accommodate all skill levels. The Ryder and Wanamaker Courses, both designed by Tom Fazio, and the Dye Course, designed by Pete Dye, all provide unique features to test your game, and are among the most popular golf courses in Florida. Five sets of tees, large practice range, putting green, fully stocked golf shop, and full service restaurant and bar make this unique facility both challenging and fun for golfers of any level. Tee Times can be reserved in advance by calling the pro shop.
PGA Village also features the PGA of America Historic Center and the 35 acre PGA Learning Center (site of the PGA qualifying school), where for one low price you can spend the whole day fine tuning your game. In addition, a free six hole pitch and putt training course is just steps from our villa. This is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for great golf and/or an ideal vacation location!
There are many nearby activities, including a 14 screen movie theater and a large family entertainment center (bowling, arcade, etc.). Lots of dining, shopping, and conveniences! Virtually all major department and specialty stores and national restaurants are within a five minute drive. The new Tradition Mall and other shopping locations are within ten minutes by car. We are also only a short five minute drive to Digital Domain Park, home of the NY Mets’ spring training and the St. Lucie Mets, their advanced Class A minor league affiliate team. Great beaches including Jensen Beach are within 20 minutes. PGA Village is only 12 miles to the center of Port St. Lucie, which is adjacent to Hutchinson Island shopping, Intracoastal view restaurants, and live entertainment.
PGA Village is located approximately 45 minutes north of the Palm Beach International Airport (less than 1 mile off I-95 at Exit 121) and approximately a 90 minute drive to Disney World in Orlando. Our Villa is conveniently situated in the Golf Villas II section on Perfect Drive.

Your owners and hosts are business partners Leo Callaghan (retired NYPD Sergeant; currently an attorney and consultant) and Dennis O'Sullivan (a financial advisor and insurance professional), both based on Long Island, New York. Both of us are avid golfers and Mets fans. You will enjoy our newly renovated and redecorated villa as much as we do!

PGA Village - and the Villas II section in particular - is the ideal location for either a golf outing with a few friends or a leisurely getaway with a loved one. Very convenient to the airport, Disney World, many great golf courses, and to every well known department store and restaurant (and many you'll enjoy getting to know).
Park like surroundings; walk to the three golf course complex, the free six hole pitch and putt, pool, and other conveniences. Five minute drive to the Mets spring training facility and summer Class A franchise at Digital Domain Park.
Enjoyed our stayed. Condo was clean and well maintained. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful. Great community pool within walking distance. We would recommend this rental to friends.
My husband and I rented the studio apartment which was on the ground floor for the month of March, 2012. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our destination as the rental looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of room for the two of us. We mostly ate out everyday so we used the kitchen very little. I must say it was very clean and the two queen beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the small terrace each evening enjoying a glass of wine. The washer and dryer were just outside our door. The pool was nice and not overly crowded. It was located just off St. Lucie West and convenient to restaurants and shopping in under 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a winter rental. The owner was extremely nice and provided everything we needed.
