Ski-in, walk to lift, walk 3 blocks to Main Street, & ski slope view (see owner's website for map, under 'owner info'). It doesn't get better than this!

2015 remodel with fresh paint, carpet and Brazilian Pecan tile. Bedroom upgrade with Arhaus St. Lucia bed and finely crafted alder dresser and nightstands.

Best view in the building! You can see the top of Peak 10, the ski slope, and the stream. This location is incredible. A gem surrounded by trees and located right next to a stream. In the winter, ski right to the back door on 4 O'Clock ski run. In the summer, sit on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sound of the stream. Relax in the sauna or large outdoor hot tub. This top (second) floor, corner condo is sunny, quiet, and modern. Walk three blocks to Main Street (shopping and restaurants) or one block to the bus stop. Even better, walk five minutes to the Snowflake ski lift (access to Peak 8 & 9) or ski to the free shuttle.

Living nearby in Golden, Colorado we spend a lot of time at our condo and we're sure you'll feel right at home. The condo is fully equipped for cooking with everything from a crock pot to a fondue pot. We try to keep extra items stocked such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, tea, olive oil, and spices just to name a few items.

About Tammy & Dan Snyder

My name is Tammy Snyder, I was married August 2009 and my maiden name is Tammy McMinn. My husband is a firefighter, we are both outdoor enthusiasts and love to travel. I traveled through the Alps snowboarding for 3 months during the 1996/1997 winter and visited 12 ski stations among my favorites are Chamonix, France and Verbier, Switzerland. In 1998, I set a world record in snowboarding 305,525 vertical feet in just under 15 hours. As you can guess, my greatest passions in life are snowboarding, telemark skiing, biking, rock climbing, and the mountains. Our condo in Breckenridge is our oasis, please enjoy your stay!

Why Tammy & Dan Snyder chose Breckenridge Area

The stream right near the deck, view of Peak 10, and quiet street all attracted me to the building location. Plus Breckenridge is one of the best ski towns in Summit County.

What makes this condo unique

After traveling through Southeast Asia for over a year, especially while trekking through Nepal, I developed a knack for finding excellent places to stay. My preference was a sunny, top corner unit with a great view. I looked at nearly a dozen properties in Breckenridge until I found exactly what I was looking for. As a bonus I can easily walk to town, walk to the ski lift, and ski home to the back door.

A great week!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 7 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The location was close to town and an easy walk. Bus stop was also super close for ski lifts. The condo was so clean and Tammy had EVERYTHING covered for us. Perfect size for two people. Comfortable bed!! Nice bathroom!! So accommodating and one of our best rental experiences! We had a peaceful stay and no complaints about property or facility. Thanks, Tammy! We will stay again soon! :)

Location, Attention to every last detail, and responsive.

Our stay in Breck over Christmas break couldn't have been better. We lucked out with the weather and some fresh snow. Tammy couldn't have been more responsive and has every last detail with the condo worked out. We even did her recommended progressive dinner one evening and had a great experience. The beds were both very comfy, it is a top level but only two small flights of stairs to get up to it. Parking was never an issue, spaces always were available. For the ski out you walk about 3 minutes to snow flake lift and on the way home ski right into the hot tub. We cooked in four of the seven nights and found everything we needed. You can't go wrong with this condo. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Very nice 1bedroom a short walk from town. Great for 2 people.

This was a very nice 1 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed, including a nice balcony overlooking trees and a roaring stream. It was a short walk to town and very convenient to Main Street and the gondola. Tammy was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and was quick to respond if I had a question. It was a great place for 2 people. The queen bed was very comfortable. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well supplied. A great July 4th in Breckenridge.

Good location and well equipped condo

This condo is very well located with a 5 minutes walk to the charlift and to the village right on the 4 O'clock run. The unit is clean and you have everything you need in the kitchen. Breckenridge is an amazing place for skiers. You have snow, sun and a very nice village.

Property was as pictured and extremely well located

This property is just perfect for 2 people. The open floor plan makes the living area feel quite spacious and the bedroom is peaceful and quiet with a very comfy mattress. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk to everything which means we saved $700+ by taking the shuttle and skipping the rent-a-car counter! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this unit and would highly recommend it to others.

Great Ski Getaway!

The condo was great in a great location!! It was close to everything! You could walk to the lifts or take the shuttle bus. Great restaurants were also in walking distance. We did not want for anything, and we had a great stay!! Highly recommend it!
