Excellent restaurants and boutiques -- boat, bike and car rentals -- private airstrip, etc. Tennis, beach, boating, fishing and many Golf courses nearby -- from walking distance to a short drive. EZ drive from Ft Myers Airport (45 min) and Naples Airport (20 min), 2 hour drive from Miami and Ft Lauderdale, 3.5 hours to Disney. Great air connections.
This exclusive Island Community, surrounded by white sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is crisscrossed with canals for boating and sightseeing. Nature lovers will enjoy watching Manatees, Dolphins, Bald Eagles, Egrets, Pelicans, and even Sea Turtles that are part of the Island's wildlife.
We had anamazing experience during our stay in Marco Island. The condo was just perfect. All the comforts of home plus more.
It was the perfect getaway for recent empty nesters. The island too, was incredibly fun. We felt like kids. We rented bike, rode to the beach, paddle boarded, kayaked, jet skied, toured the everglades in an airboat and more...
Thanks Frank, for sharing you excellent place. I personally recommend Jack's Lookout for a good hotdog and beer, the company is great too; Rose Marina for bait; Tigertail beach for shells and gentle paddle boarding; and South Beach for the sun.
We have stayed at this condo for five years and it gets better every year. Frank, the owner, upgrades it each year and he is very helpful in making our vacation the best it can be. The condo is as described and pictured in the listing. The overall property is clean and quiet and the location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The view over the bay is lovely and a great place to watch the sunset. The pool area is small and lacks some shade, but a great place to cool off. I would highly recommend this condo and will be back again next year.
The standards here are very high, the surrounding areas are spotless as is the accommodation, it is very comfortable and tastefully decorated with every amenity catered for.
Marco Island is beautiful, classy and relaxing, the locals are extremely welcoming and at no time did we feel uncomfortable in the area, there are enough bars and Restaurants to keep you occupied, some within a short stroll, plenty more within the town which is a 15 min walk.
Although we were on a flydrive we found it very difficult to tear ourselves away from relaxing on the screened open air Lanai which is situated overlooking a harbour on the Marco river which flows down into the Gulf, we spent many happy hours here just watching the boat activity in the constant company of Pelican and many other species of wild bird.
We have a holiday home in Spain and therefore appreciate what is required to present accommodation to discerning renters, the owners here have got it spot on, its fabulous.
Frank, the owner is very helpful, we swapped many emails and had several phone calls.
To sum up, would we return, in a heartbeat, don't take our word for it, go and try it, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in this wonderful condo from 12th to 26th November 2010 and couldn't of asked for a better location, walking distance to bars, restaurant & shops, and a short drive to many more. The condo has everything you needed, very clean and spacious a home from home really. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, where we spent many peaceful evenings with a glass of wine!! Thanks to the owner Frank who has been most helpful from the minute we booked it. We hope to be back in the near future and wouldn't think twice about booking up again.
