Carlos Pointe Beach Club is one of the most desirable destinations in Southwest Florida. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, our unit is a completely remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo featuring new tile throughout, new cabinets, new bathrooms, and a new kitchen. Call or email for discounted rates.

The condo is decorated in a comfortable island motif. There is a complete kitchen, a TV in each bedroom, cable, DVD, VCR, in unit Wi-Fi, and stereo in the living room, which ensures you will not miss the comforts of home.

Just below your gulf facing lanai are miles of sugar white beach. While enjoying the world class shelling along the beach, be sure to keep an eye out for diving pelicans, manatees, and dolphins which will be hunting the fish rich waters.

It’s just a short walk over the drawbridge spanning Big Carlos Pass, there you’ll find yourself at the entrance to Lover’s Key State Park. The Travel Channel has rated the state park beach as one of Florida’s Top Ten Beaches.

Whether at the state park or on our gigantic private beach out front, this end of the island provides lots of good surf fishing. If you are so inclined, nightly meals of fresh snook, trout, redfish, whiting, pompano, and mackerel are entirely possible. To prepare your catch, there is a private grill patio at the south end of the building just around the corner from our private beachside pool, recreation room and Sunset Patio. There are also many local restaurants that will prepare your catch, should you choose to dine out.

There is a stop for the Island Trolley right next to our free parking lot. It is just a short ride to Times Square at the north end of the island. There you will find a more active nightlife scene including dozens of shops, open air restaurants, bars, street performers, live entertainment, a public beach, as well as, the famous Fort Myers Beach Pier.

We have a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a pullout bed in the sofa. We provide linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cooler which can be iced down with ice from the ice maker in the refrigerator.

Sliding glass doors will take you out to the lanai from the living room, and from the master bedroom. Enjoy the quiet breeze on the lanai as you drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Smoking and pets are prohibited. This is one of the finest units in the complex. You won’t be disappointed!

If you see a nearby open week on our calendar, “Name Your Own Price” and we’ll make a deal. An occupied condo at reduced price is way better than an empty one!

Weekly rates vary from $700 to $1700 depending on season and DO NOT include State and Local tax which combined, equal 11%, and do not include the $100 - $125 Cleaning fee. Refundable Deposit required to guarantee booking.

Why The Owner chose Fort Myers Beach

We have been visiting Carlos Pointe since 2005, and have traveled to several other places in Florida on our many visits. Carlos Pointe is our favorite place to stay. In 2009, we made the decision to purchase a unit at Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Then, in 2010, our dreams became realized. We enjoy shelling, fishing, walking the beach, watching the pelicans, dolphins, manatees, and the sunsets.

What makes this condo unique

As a bonus for nature lovers, for a few months each spring and summer, our beach becomes an extension of the Little Estero Island Critical Wildlife Area. There are 18 active Critical Wildlife Areas in all of Florida. Our beach serves as the southern border of Little Estero CWA, the only Critical Wildlife Area located in Lee County.

Roger Tory Peterson, famed ornithologist and author of the 'First Modern Field Guide To Birding' visited Little Estero Island and declared it 'possibly the best place in the world to photograph shorebirds'.

During the spring and summer months, our beach becomes prime nesting territory for sea turtles and a few of the estimated 150 species of birds that visit our island annually. We consider it a great privilege to serve as host for these animals during nesting season. While they raise their young each summer, we'll reserve some of our huge beach as a sanctuary. This provides outstanding observation opportunities right outside our back door. During this period, we allow the native beach vegetation to regrow to provide cover. Some of our beach does get restricted from human activity during this period. Don't worry though, the birds and turtles are very willing to compromise on beach space. So, you will still have plenty of beach to use! As soon as the baby birds are grown and done nesting, we'll remove the restricted areas and resume grooming operations. So, if you want to enjoy the birds, it's best to book between April and August!

Well equipped condo on the bay

We had a nice stay as a family of 4 at Bill & Brenda's condo. Everything we needed (and extras) were in the home. It's a nice and quiet complex with hardly anyone in the pool each day we went. A tropical storm hit when we were there but the condo was packed with things to do inside. It's on the quiet end of the island. Most of the touristy stuff is on the opposite end of the island so it was nice and quiet. The only thing that we didn't really like was the 1/4 mile walk to the beach. It was a nice beach but quite the walk. Bill and Brenda were accommodating with everything we needed. Thank you for the nice 8 day stay!!

So Glad We Selected This Condo! Perfect For Our Needs!

Perfect for our needs. I checked 3 different vacation rental sites and couldn't have made a better choice. The listing title "Quiet End Of The Island" is what first caught my eye, and my husband loved the photo of the boy and fish. We were a party of 4, including our son and his 6 yr. old daughter and my husband and myself. Our wants were simple; peaceful (needed to unwind from demanding job and life issues), close to the beach (didn't want to haul beach gear 10-20 minutes back and forth every time we wanted to go to the beach), pool (for granddaughter), clean with a good and working kitchen (didn't want to eat out all the time), free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, free working washer and dryer, kid-friendly, and approachable owners. We got all of these and more.

The communications with Bill and Brenda were great. They were professional, and willing to accommodate some special needs if the booking dates allowed. The financial transactions and deposit refund went smoothly, and so did sending us the rental contracts and info. Bill also suggested some special events and vendors to check out to help make our vacation even more enjoyable, and sent directions on driving from the airport to the condo by a more direct and time saving route.

The condo was recently redecorated and spotless, fresh looking, with up to date decor. It is a place you want to keep looking nice, yet can put your feet up and be comfortable. It is definitely family friendly and welcomes kids of all ages. There are plenty of parking spots available, has 2 elevators (one at each end of the building), a washer and dryer in the condo, a small drying rack on the lanai for swimsuits and towels, an assortment of paperbacks, games, beach toys, a cooler, TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, beach towels, and key pad entry into the building and condo (there are keys but you don't have to use them or worry about losing them). Since the condo is on the beach, you can search for shells, play in water, photograph the wildlife or have a nice walk or jog along the beach. The trolley stops in front of the condo for those who want it, and Lovers Key State Park and it's beautiful beach are in walking distance. The location is perfect, centered between the fun and chaos of Ft. Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park, and Bonita Springs for shopping, etc. We had a wonderful vacation and definitely recommend Bill and Brenda's condo.

Perfect location and condo !

We have used vrbo rentals for years and depend on honest and accurate reviews . Rest your mind this is a great clean condo with a gorgeous view ! It is quiet location and the beach and water were amazing you have a view of Lovers Key and we also visited there which I highly recommend! Lots of great shelling and calm water we saw Dolphins often and enjoyed everything all around , beds are comfy and bathrooms clean . We went to Naples Sanibel and Captiva so it's a great central area we would rent again and owners are easy to deal with and check on you during the stay

Quiet, beautiful location. The room, EVEN BETTER.

We've stayed in Ft. Myers Beach before. However, this is by far the roomiest, best laid out condo we've found. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable furnishings. Wonderfully quiet. Hint, we got there between the end of the summer's heat and the snowbird invasion. It's a two person paradise. Or take your small family. Absolutely limited only to your imagination what to do with your free time. Easy walk across the sand to a shell collectors paradise. Or walk across the bridge to Lover's Key State Park. Remember, you're on the quiet south end of the island. The trolley runs regularly to the North End "tourist area". HIGHLY recommend. My wife and I will absolutely hope Bill and Brenda will welcome us back if we return to Ft. Myers Beach. Note: We do recommend footwear for certain sections of the beach where shells have washed up.
