Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern house in a perfect location.

You are within easy walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.

Stay in this safe, tranquil neighborhood. Charming, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with Turkish cotton sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Two parking spots are included. Amenities: 50' Wi-Fi Enabled Flat screen TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, Digital Cable and an extensive DVD library and BBQ. We have a few bikes and boogie boards for the beach.

We have lived in Santa Monica for over 25 years. My daughter has just gone off to college and my son is a freshman at Santa Monica High School. We are originally from the UK. We love the relaxing beach atmosphere; farmers markets and restaurant varieties in Santa Monica; a great place for foodies.

Why Teresa chose Ocean Park

The House has the perfect mix of privacy and location. Hidden behind tall hedges is a peaceful atmosphere. We have been very fortunate to have people who have found the house and neighborhood relaxing and enjoyable. The usual response from our guests, 'just what they are looking for'.

What makes this house unique

We are a busy family but we always have time for guests who need a little extra help. We have booked Laker tickets for the family who had a problem with their credit card, recommended doctors and given a lovely Italian family a ride to airport because they were have trouble navigating the freeway.

Thank you so much. We had a great stay at the house. Everything we needed was there. The decorating was lovely and efficient, except that green chair that we could not sit in that. But the beach chairs were great. We used one in the house. The outside area was what sold me on the property when I looked at the website. It was everything I expected and more. So comfortable and so private.

Bright, breezy, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. The tranquil private gardens are surrounded by tall hedges with a patio area for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbeque. We have a 37” flat screen TV, WiFi, Digital Cable and an extensive DVD library. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The house is 900sf and on one level, ideal for families. professionals or seniors who need a relaxing base to retreat to after busy days of sightseeing. We have bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards available for your use at the beach.

Great Location, Great House to Stay In!

Great place to stay in Santa Monica. The house was updated and very clean inside. 5 blocks from the beach and close to all there is to do in Santa Monica and SoCal. Bedrooms and bathroom were all updated and clean. Kitchen had all you need and full cable tv service. WIFI was spotty at times and seemed slow during stay. But not there for the WIFI. Would recommend to stay there and would stay here again. Close to airport and downtown LA. And city scene with restaurants close by within in walking or quick uber ride. All in all would stay here again!

Perfect home base for LA adventure

Our family of 4 stayed in this newly renovated cottage over spring break and loved it. The corner location is very private, surrounded by a tall hedge. The deck is spacious, relaxing and a lovely setting for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The interior is clean, modern and comfortable. The location felt very safe and was convenient for walking to the beach, Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, Venice, etc. with many restaurant and shopping options close by. It was also a nice home base for day trips to Malibu, downtown, the amusement parks, Getty Center and more. Teresa and Dave were friendly and responsive and located right next door in case we needed anything.

Great location and the cottage is super cute

My family and our dog enjoyed the cottage and its many amenities tremendously. Only down fall was the hedge fence; we couldn't let our dog off leash in the yard as he would go right through the hedge onto a very busy street. That said, we would stay there again.

Darling house, great location

Our family of 4 stayed for a week. Close to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Easy highway access for other activities. Kitchen and bathroom newly remodeled and gorgeous. We had a great stay, so much more comfortable than cramming into a hotel room.
