The perfect home for our Christmas getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We had the best time at the Little Blue Cottage! Everything was well stocked and we were able to cook some yummy meals and enjoy the holidays. Very close to everything you would need in the downtown area including great hiking and running trails!

Thank you for a very special time!

Warmth of history...close to Court House Square!

  • 5 of 5

This is our second stay at the Little Blue House. We loved our first spring stay and our Christmas stay allowed us to feel the warmth of family gathering. It is a favorite home of ours in Prescott and the birds as they gather by the patio spring to welcome in the new day! The comfortable home brings warmth and charm of history of Prescott and is close to court house square which was full of Christmas lights and joy!

Little Blue House On Halloween

  • 5 of 5

My husband, daughter and I rented the Little Blue House especially for Halloween and we had so much fun seeing all of the trick or treaters (including many adults and dogs) who were all dressed up for the occasion. It was a blast! We had 750 pieces of candy and ran out in 2 hours and had to go in the house and then watched the parade of people for at least 3 more hrs.

The house was absolutely adorable in every way, the decorating and furnishings were so in keeping with the era of the house, but also very up to date. The owner thought of everything, including a bottle of wine upon our arrival!

Thank you Rachel for sharing your lovely home with us.

Amazing well equiped cottage

  • 5 of 5

This place is amazing. First of all from the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were impressed. The house is beautifully done. Modern where it counts and antique where it is quaint. I have never spent so much time in a house on vacation as I did here. We usually explore this trip we were happy sitting on the porch and enjoying the amenities of the property. This house is located on an amazing street lined with well done historic houses. We walked the street at least once a day just admiring all the other houses on the block. This place is a leisurely15 minute walk from town center. It was easier to just walk to town as opposed to finding parking. I am a mountain biker. I was able to ride my bike to all the Prescott trails. When we return to Prescott again I will stay here again if at all possible.

We only ate out once while in Prescott as the kitchen was modern and the dining room and back patio made for a better dining experience than we could have had in town. I would say one must eat at the Prescott brewery at least once while in town. The brewery is walking distance from this house also. The nearest grocery store is a sprouts that is very nice. It would be a long walk or a very short drive from here.
