My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Palmetto Bluff home. The house is spacious with bedrooms that provide privacy for multiple guests.
We loved the screen porch for dining and relaxing.
This was a great house for a great resort. House was in great shape, spacious and luxurious. Location convenient but private. Will be back again next year.
Pantry ceiling light is out.
Ceiling light over kitchen island is out.
"stop" for door to corner cabinet next to sink needs replacement (door doesn't close flush).
Toilet seat hinge in downstairs bathroom is broken.
Safe in master BR closet was locked and unusable.
MBR dressing closet could use a small bench or chair for putting on shoes.
Cane seats in bar stools are shot (one sits on metal seat brackets) and could use cushions or replacement.
As we discussed, I "lubricated" front door but it could use a minor shaving, especially to aid closing in very humid weather. Keys were a bit difficult in front lock, probably from bring duplicated many times - it's helpful if locksmith touches up on wire wheel after cutting.
I don't mean to be picky but thought you might be interested in attending to for future guests. We were VERY pleased with the house and how well it suited our needs for housing some of the wedding party, hair and makeup center for the bride, two mothers, and 6 bridesmaids and lunch for 30 or so on wedding day, and farewell breakfast for 30 or so yesterday. It was great to have a number of parking spaces (and only mild rebukes from neighbors when we overflowed onto the street). A downside of course is the high cost of properties at Palmetto Bluff and a disappointment was lack of discount even for a third night.
Thanks again, and please relay our compliments to the [owners].
Very beautiful and the owners were a delight to work with. Everything was very clean. We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen was full of everything we needed. Extremely clean. Loved the pool area, and you can walk to a gourmet store. We will definitely be back!
This house is simply gorgeous! While we enjoyed it's openness and light, we also appreciated the privacy it offered when we wanted to read or have some quiet time. It was beautifully furnished, including the well equipped kitchen, and satisfied EVERY need we had. From the moment we entered this home, our comments ranged from, "Wow", to "Awesome", as we went through each room!
Elizabeth, the property manager, met us when we arrived and was extremely knowledgable in explaining the features of the house as well as the activities in Palmetto Bluff.
There were five adults and five children in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. This is an outstanding property and we would certainly enjoy staying here again!!!
Wonderful house, plenty of room, huge screened porch. Great kitchen with high end appliances. Best house we have stayed in at Palmetto Bluff. Easy access to inn, pool, and golf.
