Reinigung & Handtücher

Reinigung alle 14 Tage, ebenso Handtuchwechsel, eine Katastrophe. Trotz 2 maligem Anruf waren frische Towels nicht möglich!!! Nur ganz selten personelle Besetzung der Rezeption. 3 Tage vor Abreise wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Duschkabine für Shampoo etc. Ich war 30 Tage da, und auch bestimmt das letzte mal, da Wünsche, für mich sehr wichtig, kein Gehör gefunden hat.
