About Faye

My husband is a Drywall Contractor and we love the Lord. We also have a passion for restoring old homes this is one of them. We one plan to flip it but for now we want to serve you.

Faye purchased this house in 2007

Why Faye chose St. Augustine

I love Lincolnville's history. Our family business is down the street called the corner-market One side consists of fresh produce and dairy and quick stop conveniences. one side barbershop and another section is a clothing boutique. The building itself has a lot of history. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the people are great. The backyard also gives you some privacy.

What makes this house unique

I fell in love with the porches on this home especially in the front because you can sit and meditate or watch people walking their dog.. Also their is off street parking.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Perfect house for us!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the house for my family coming from out of state for our wedding and it worked out perfectly. My cousin and his wife used it for 3 days by themselves and were able to walk to anywhere in historic downtown. It is also located a couple of blocks from King street from which you can get on A1A and Ponce Delone to go anywhere in the area. Once we came up on Saturday, we were able to accommodate 7 in different areas of the house with the use of 2 air mattresses and a couch(only 1 couple). Could easily have slept 10 if we had needed to. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to live comfortably. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area. Thank you so much!

Great home, amenities were perfect for families with kids!

  • 5 of 5

Our 2 girls (ages 5 & 7) absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in. They actually have a play room stocked full of toys! Great back yard for them to run around in too. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make meals, and there were plenty of sitting areas for our family to hang out, play games and chat. Would definitely recommend this home!

Big house with a big heart

  • 5 of 5

Our son got married in St Augustine in early November and my husband and I booked this home for ourselves, his brother's family (two adults and a 15 year-old girl), our niece and her husband (40-something couple) and my mom (almost 80, but very mobile). There was more than enough room/privacy for all of us and for the pre-wedding festivities we hosted on our first night in town. The master bedroom is very spacious with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, so we really appreciated the powder room/laundry room on the main floor for guests.

The kitchen is almost unbelievably well-stocked, from dishes and glasses to serving bowls to pots and pans to everything in between, as well as some nice additions like spices and general items so you don't have to buy everything you already have at home. The open floor plan was perfect for the people cooking to be part of the action and, although the footprint is not large, we actually had much better flow throughout the house (people on the front porch, watching the world series on the televisions in the main living area as well as the upstairs bonus area!, children on the sun porch/kids' room, people sitting at the dining table and people sitting outside around the patio table) than we had at a much larger and more expensive house the day after the wedding. Altogether there were over 35 adults and about 8 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. So that was perfect, especially because we extended the invitation to everyone who was in town 2 days before the wedding (which turned out to be a lot more people than we thought).

Finally, the location is amazing. The Lincolnville area is historic and the neighborhood is funky and interesting. The best thing was that we could walk to the Ice House where we toured the distillery and were able to hop aboard the Old Town Trolley which took us the short distance into downtown. The next day we strolled the few blocks to downtown, checking out the history as we went. After the rehearsal dinner, several people got an Uber back to the house for about $6.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone traveling to St. Augustine.

This house was awesome!

  • 5 of 5

We brought a big group into Saint Augustine for a wedding, and this house was perfect ! We had 4 couples, and 2 kids, and we were all comfortable. Of course, we all had computers, phones, etc . And the wifi handled it all. I would recommend this house to ANY of my friends and family!

Beautiful two story home that has been completely redecorated.

  • 4 of 5

The home is very nice. The neighborhood is very eclectic with some homes that are quite old and very run down and then some homes like this one that have been completely redone. Very nice tasteful decorations with attractive landscaping. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A bonus was that there are two a/c units. Otherwise it would have been hard to keep the upstairs cool. It is convenient to most everything. We were advised of everything well in advance of our arrival. We loved having a keypad instead of keys to keep track of. We were also told whom to contact in the event of a maintenance issue. We would highly recommend this property when staying in St. Augustine, FL.
