If you're looking for your tropical paradise, you've found the place!

This well-stocked unit has been remodeled and is beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind. It has wood floors and granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen. Wi-fi and a private boat dock are added amenities!

The peaceful view of a tropical island within the boat basin will delight you the moment you walk in. We are located on 14 beautifully landscaped acres on the bayside of Siesta Key. Being on the west side of Midnight Cove II, we are among the closest on the property (approximately 100 yards) to the private beach access leading to the white, powdery sands of Crescent/Siesta Beach, voted each year as one of the top ten beaches in the country. Enjoy walks, shelling, and the Drum Circle every Sunday evening. The festival celebrates the magnificent sunsets over our beautiful beach.

On our lovely property, there is a heated swimming pool, tennis courts (with a round robin during Season where everyone is welcome), basketball hoop, observation deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and picnic area with gas and charcoal grills. There is plenty of fishing right off the boat docks as well.

You are within walking distance of restaurants, a tiki bar, grocery store and fun shops in which to browse. Sarasota is the cultural hub of the west coast of Florida. There are many theatres and museums to enjoy as well as world-class shopping and dining on St. Armands Circle.

During our peak seasons (January through August), we require a check-in and check-out on Saturday. Reservations greater than seven days but less than fourteen days must be approved by the owner before a booking can be taken.

About Claudia Winn

We're a married couple who met and fell in love in Sarasota, Florida, over 35 years ago. This makes it a very special place to us! After retiring, we returned to Sarasota in 2000 and made Siesta Key our home. We decided to share our 'home' in 2009 with others who love the area like us.

Our property has very close proximity (three-minute walk) to the nation's #1 beach without paying the beachfront rates. There is a lighted crosswalk that stops traffic both ways allowing passage to our private beach access. During Season, Midnight Cove II offers many activities which allow you to meet your neighbors if you choose or privacy if that is what you choose.

Having lived in our unit for nine years, our unit is equipped, supplied and feels more like a home than a rental.

Thanks for your attention to detail in everything related to your rental property: from the initial contact, to the lease signing, to instructions of things to do in Sarasota, for getting back to us in a timely manner. My family and I had a wonderful time in Sarasota. I'm sure we will be back. I was pleasantly surprised to find out you had a measuring tape, which I needed to measure an item for shipping. We ordered the whole Thanksgiving dinner from Cafe L'Europe and celebrated Thanksgiving very close to what we do when we are at home.

We have stayed in many properties over the years and this one was by far the most "stocked" as any we have ever been in. From beach towels, bags and a cooler to all those little things you need in the kitchen/bathrooms that you normally have to go out and buy and leave behind it was all thought of. Claudia also took the time to make sure we arrived safely and checked on our stay. I have never had an owner do that. We have been to Siesta Key multiple times and this was easily the best unit we have stayed in due to the attention to detail paid by the owner. thanks Claudia

A Perfect Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Claudia's condo. She had everything you could have possibly wanted. Everything that was listed was in perfect condition. It was clean and very well maintained. If I could have one suggestion, maybe a light above the dining table. It was a little dark to eat and we like to play cards. But everything was perfect.

The unit is truly Classy, Clean, and Close to the beach.

The unit was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The location of the unit was especially attractive to us ... although it is not on the beach, it is a very easy, short and safe walk to the beach. Also, we enjoyed the close proximity to nearby stores and restaurants. Claudia was a gracious hostess, and very quick to respond to our needs. We have already booked a return visit for 2019.

Each Sunday evening, one hour before sunset, there is a drum circle on the public beach which celebrates the sunset. It's a fun gathering with drum playing, ribbon dancing and belly dancing. Everyone is welcome to join in!
