Terrible - Not at all like the listing

If we WERE in the area noted on the listing, it was right on the border in a rather sketchy block. It was advertised as a two bedroom, but the second bedroom was actually a pull out couch in the living room. Don't know where the third bed was either! The garage was VERY tight and hard to get the car into the space. Garage was dark and deserted. Security numbers on the keypad were too easy and in two sets of sequential numbers. When we disputed the room, we were told since there were 6 units all managed by the same manager, we COULD have gotten a two bedroom! That was not disclosed in the listing. We left as soon as we got there after calling VRBO with our dispute. Took over one hour to get our information processed when we could have been enjoying the evening in Munich. Buyer beware on this listing---that's for certain.

A comfortable small apartment

The unit has one bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa is a small double but very high quality. The best I've seen! The kitchen is lightly supplied with dishes. The refrigerator is small and not very cold so you will need to shop frequently if you plan to cook. The bathroom is large with a great layout. The keycode door locks are cumbersome and take some getting used to. I found the clothes washer and dryer to work well, but all controls are in German. The neighborhood is convenient to tram and train stops. I would stay here again if I return to Munich.

Oktoberfest

We drove in for Oktoberfest. The apartment we stayed in (apt C) was nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was convenient in regards to restaurants and stores. Would stay there again.
