Geräumige Unterkunft für mehrere Familien

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, die meisten Schlafzimmer im OG sind sehr groß und geräumig. Jedoch finden bei kompletter Auslastung nicht alle Personen Platz an den Esstischen und auch die sanitären Anlagen werden dann knapp. Wir waren 14 Personen (7 EW, 7 Kinder), das war optimal. Insgesamt ist alles in einem guten Zustand, das Bad im OG ist recht neu, groß und schön. Die Küche ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Kühlschrank auf Bodenniveau eher unpraktisch. Es gibt jedoch noch einen großen Zweitkühlschrank außerhalb der Küche, die ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist. Es ist ein Staubsauger vorhanden, viele Reinigungsmittel, Kehrbesen etc. Außerdem gibt es eine Feuerschale, Brennholz ist auch vorhanden. Der Außenbereich könnte ein wenig freundlicher gestaltet sein, aber es bieten sich viele Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl auf der Terrasse, als auch im Hof. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, bei offenen Fenstern ist der Verkehrslärm nachts teilweise nicht unerheblich. An den Fenstern sind überall Fliegengitter angebracht. Trotz kleinerer Nachteile haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt als große Gruppe genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe etc. verlief mehr als unkompliziert. Insgesamt also empfehlenswert!
