as high quality and unique items. We have four-star restaurants, and small neighborhood eateries, award-winning live theater and a calendar full of events for the whole family.
Rates include sales tax and cleaning fee to all reservations. Reservation for 30 days or longer have no sales tax. 5 night minimum required if booked 30 days in advance from arrival, 4 night min days booked 21 days in advance. 3 night minimum booked 14 days in advance from arrival date.
My experience at this loft was wonderful. I have the opportunity to travel extensively arount the world and it was very nice to stay in a place that felt like home. Littleton is a very "walkable" small town, with lots of restaurants and shops. All of the ammenities are first class and impeccible. The landlady is truly wonderful person and really aims to please! It is fun to spend time with the ladies downstairs at Broads Off Broadway.... a glass of wine is always waiting when you come home.
The loft exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, wine bars, beer pubs, boutiques, an ice cream parlor and a recreation center. Within a short drive we had access to the Platte River Trail for walking and biking. Additionally, there is a tennis bubble and 18 hole golf course less than 3 minutes away. Cindy, the owner, was terrific to work with! The loft was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was so well equipped, we cooked in many nights of our one month stay. We would highly recommend the loft, in fact we hope to stay here in the future!
5 out of 5. The apartment was fabulously and would recommend it to friends. The only thing I suggest is you fence off the patio area for a little privacy.
The loft was very clean and well kept. It was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the historic district. The owner Cindy was terrific to work with.

My children and I loved the place. It was spacious enough for all 4 of us. It was perfect distance for all the places we wanted to go in the week. It was much better than staying at a hotel because it had everything you needed or forgot at home. Beautifully kept and clean. We will stay again.
We (a couple) recently spent a week at this apartment. It was everything we hoped for and is accurately described. Well furnished and an outstanding location in "downtown" Littleton. Every day we did a field trip during the day and returned in the evening .. walking a few blocks to one of the several good restaurant options. Having the light rail within a block of the apartment was great ... we went downtown twice, not having to worry about traffic and parking. The apartment has everything you need and more. The owner / host, Cindy is very welcoming. The apartment is quiet as there are no residential neighbors, only two businesses on the first level which are vacant at night. I would highly recommend this property.
