Our Three Kings Condo is a five minute walk to Park City Ski Resort (or one minute free bus ride (next stop) and White Pine Cross Country ski track (which is the Park City Golf Course in the summer) This is a great location for family walks, bike rides; and a 5 minute walk to an alpine slide, alpine roller coaster and zip line (operational summers). This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. There is a new gas fireplace, new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, complimentary underground parking, barbecue gas grill, and a Jacuzzi and swimming pool with changing room with showers in our clubhouse diagonally across the street. There is a Free local bus property side which provides access to: historic main street, Park City Ski Resort, Starbucks, grocery stores, liquor store, video stores, outlet malls, galleries, Deer Valley, Canyons and top rated restaurants.

About Shiron Pezeshki

We are world travelers that look forward to running to this Park City Condo to bike in the summer and cross country/downhill ski in the winter! We affectionately call this 'our villa'. We are attracted to Park City with our personal history of working in the Skiing and Mining industries. My husband and I met at the University of Utah while he studied Metallurgical Engineering and I studied Psychology and taught skiing at the Park City Ski Resort.

Why Shiron Pezeshki chose Park City area

We bought this condo because it was a spacious, quiet get-away adjacent to a groomed cross-country ski track (lush green golf course summers), steps away from downhill skiing, next to paved biking trails, and has a property side complimentary city bus system. Equally as important, our condo has a dazzling view of the mountainside, privacy offered by a mature aspen grove.

What makes this condo unique

There is a beautiful mountain stream we cross every time we walk from the covered parking to our condo, it is like a greeting card both summer and winter! Each evening, we also enjoy watching the Park City Ski Run Night Lights, from our back window!!

Amazing location and great hosts

We've had a group of guys stay here for a ski trip. The slopes are only a 5 min walk from the condo and there is a bus stop is right outside of the complex. We experienced amazing customer service as one us forgot the car key in the condo and the owner overnight-ed them to us. Very grateful for this kind act.

Great place. Only about a one block walk to tickets and getting started on the slopes. Nice garage parking and ground floor location.

Wonderful place and extremely kind hosts!

We had an amazing experience visiting beautiful Park City for Sundance. Excellent location, thoughtful with providing ample paper products and other simple goods many other hosts don't consider. Comfortable condo with pretty view out the back windows and covered parking (which is much appreciated in that weather). The cabana is icing on the cake with the huge hot tub, heated pool and dry sauna. Very well stocked kitchen with all the tools you could need (a big plus after staying in hotels previous years). Plenty of bunk beds for kids but our only complaint is that the bunk beds are extremely uncomfortable. The larger beds were good, though. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative - easy to get in touch with and always had helpful answers. We hope to return to the same place next year!

Great experience and would stay again!

I would stay there again. It's expensive, but I found it worth it.

Location: A+ and very close to first time lift at park city (5-7 minute walk with ski boots). very close to old town, etc. they provided parking for one car, and were able to park another.

Facilities: there was a welcome pack, and we found the experience great vs some other airbnb/vrbo owners. they provided kleenex, ample paper towels, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. The sheets and pillows were all decent (not hand me down crappy ones). Many time we bring our own pillows to avoid this problem. Coffee maker, pots, etc. were all newer and good. Plates and utensils matched (what a concept, right?).

Layout: a double master with one on top and one on the bottom. There is a smaller room that has two racks of 3 bunkbeds (total of 6). It worked for two families.

Ultimately, there really isn't much to improve upon here (the gas bbq grill did not work, but what were we thinking trying to bbq in -3 degree weather).
