Our Three Kings Condo is a five minute walk to Park City Ski Resort or one minute free bus ride. The White Pine Cross Country ski track (which is the Park City Golf Course in the summer) is directly across the street. This is a great location for family walks, bike rides; and a 5 minute walk to an alpine slide, alpine roller coaster and zip line (operational summers). This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. There is a gas forced air fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, complimentary underground parking, barbecue gas grill, and a Jacuzzi and swimming pool with Sauna in the changing room with showers in our clubhouse diagonally across the street. There is a Free local bus property side which provides access to: historic main street, Park City Ski Resort, Starbucks, grocery stores, liquor store, video stores, outlet malls, galleries, Deer Valley, Canyons and top rated restaurants.

About Shiron Pezeshki

We are world travelers that look forward to running to this Park City Condo to bike and hike in the summer and cross country/downhill ski in the winter! We affectionately call this "our villa". We are attracted to Park City with our personal history of working in the Skiing and Mining industries. My husband and I met at the University of Utah while he studied Metallurgical Engineering and I studied Psychology and taught skiing at the Park City Ski Resort.

We bought this condo because it was a spacious, quiet get-away adjacent to a groomed cross-country ski track (lush green golf course summers), steps away from downhill skiing, next to paved biking trails, and has a property side complimentary city bus system. Equally as important, our condo has a dazzling view of the mountainside, privacy offered by a mature aspen grove.

What makes this condo unique

There is a beautiful mountain stream we cross every time we walk from the covered parking to our condo, it is like a greeting card both summer and winter! Each evening, we also enjoy watching the Park City Ski Run Night Lights, from our back window!!

Perfect vacation condo

Very warm and welcoming condo, doesn’t feel like you’re in a rental at all. Every possible item you need is provided, and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. The location can’t be beat, at the bottom of the Park City Mountain Base Parking Lot...it’s a 5 minutes walk to the lift (in ski boots). Will definitely stay here on our future visits if available.

Beautiful place!

This condo was a wonderful place for our family to stay. Meticulously cleaned prior to arrival. The owners are extremely responsive to any questions. It was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Extremely convenient to the bus stop which was literally outside of our door. We don't have any real complaints however if we were to improve a couple things we would definitely suggest better pillows. Also, the hot tub is not directly across the street, it is approximately 50 yards down the street which is not a big deal, but with kids in the cold, it was not what we expected. Either way, once you got there the hot tub and pool were fabulous. We would definitely recommend for families as it was only a short 5-minute walk to the slopes. Please be aware that during snow season, there were no sidewalks available on the road which made walking with the children somewhat tenuous. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and felt that this was a good value and a good location. Easy to take the bus downtown for dinners.

Great Stay

Found unit as per previous reviews. Unit was clean, well stocked in all areas. Shampoo in showers, detergent for washer (dish and laundry), hand soap, etc... We had 6 staying, extra towels for us. Ecclectic decor, lots of benches/small tables to put things on, lots of hooks for ski gear. Love the code lock for door so everyone could come/go as needed. All appliances worked well (dishwasher was a little wobbly but seems to be a common thing we see in rentals). Had a big crockpot as well as a double warmers. Keurig machine, too! If you haven't used, highly recommend Smith's (aka Krogers where we are from) Click List. Shop all week before your trip and pick up groceries on the way in to town. Love this service and didn't need a second trip to store as nothing was forgotten! Unit is about as close as you can get to the slopes. About a 5 minute walk, fairly easy for us since not much snow on the road/driveways. Our 10 year old did fine, probably need a little more patience if more snow. :). Can hop on First Time lift and head up. Shiron extremely quick with any questions. Texted to let us know unit was ready several hours early which was fantastic! She sent excellent description of everything a few days before arrival. Very helpful!

Couple things to note: We had 6 (2 adults, 4 kids (10-16 years) ) and did well. I think 9 people would be snug but doable, depending how much time you were spending in the unit. Table is set for 6. We ate all meals at home (came back for lunch) so we spent a lot of time in condo. Washer/dryer is small (as noted in description) so ran several times/day. Large capacity washer/dryer in garage (did not use). Garage easy to find, one flight of stairs to get to side walk to unit. Bedrooms on second floor got quite warm (especially top bunks)...we cracked the windows to cool off at night and this worked well. Extra heater in downstairs bedroom helpful. Upstairs bathroom reasonable size. Half bath and Full bath on first floor quite small, very limited counter space. Not a complaint, just plan to keep most items in your bath bag. Hot water available right away. Unit very quiet, not sure if other people were around us or not. Easy access to the PCM base. Used the Silver Mt Fitness Center a few times, about 5 minute drive. Nice running/walking trail along highway. Condo definitely worth what we paid, would stay again! Thank you!

Comfortable and close

This is a wonderful condo in a perfect location. We felt like we had all the comforts of home within walking distance to the Park City lifts. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything we needed made this such a great place to experience Park City.

Quiet location in the aspens

we come to Park City each August for a week with a group of golfers This is our first time staying in this community and we loved it. The owners have made every effort to make you feel at home, and we did.
