Deck space galore!

  • 4 of 5

My partner and I stayed for one week in this charming cottage. Although it is small, we appreciated the cleanliness and modern furnishings. It pretty much has everything you will need for your stay sans towels, sheets, pillow cases. The pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable with the air mattress attached. The huge deck was a big plus and served as a great extension to the unit. We spent a lot of time on the deck, grilled a few times and enjoyed beautiful evenings out there. The cottage is in close proximity to lots of great restaurants. The beach and shopping is a short walk. The one issue we had is the lighting in the bathroom and kitchen area is a bit too dark, but for the price, this is a good deal. We would definitely recommend.

Romance in Rehoboth Pink Tree House

  • 5 of 5

We found the charming pink cottage Apartment tucked away in the Pines District of Rehoboth Beach ideal for the romantic get-away! The décor is superb decorated with mid-century furniture, beautiful original art paintings, and vintage light fittings. It worthy of a stylish Interiors magazine cover. We were pleasantly surprised by the very spacious terrace/deck with its outdoor dining facilities surrounded by canopy of ancient oak tress. It was very private, we enjoyed our days biking, eating at the array of superb restaurants which Rehoboth has to offer, not to mention the beautiful beaches and historic Art League.

We plan to return every year for that same magic we have come to expect in Rehoboth Beach. George & M-P

Great Little Cottage!

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the place! The cottage is in a gorgeous neighborhood and only a little over a block to Rehoboth Avenue. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants at night and walk home - it was super easy! Also it was so nice that the owners provided a parking pass (for no extra charge). We would pack up our car, drive closer to the beach and park for free! It was a perfect setup. Also we brought our bikes and biked around the neighborhood and out to get breakfast practically every day. In regards to the actual studio - it was so cute! The inside and outside were perfect for just two people! It was nice that the cottage has a mini fridge, stove top, oven, and washer/dryer. We had some issues figuring out how to work the washer but did get it to work once which was nice to wash some towels during our stay.Overall we really enjoyed the place and would definitely come back!

The Sweetest!

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer! We immediately felt at home with the beautiful and modern decor, and the kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook. And, we can't forget to mention the grill outside, as well as the beautiful terrace - perfect for relaxing or having a few drinks outside in the evening. I was a little nervous about the "pull out sofa" but with the inflatable plush pillow top, it was honestly the most comfortable bed I have had while staying in a vacation home! Everything was perfect - and the washer/dryer in the apartment was the icing on the cake. A parking pass was provided, so we had no problem parking, although you're only minutes walking distance away from Rehoboth Ave & the beach! The landlords are great - they do a beautiful job keeping this place a real treat! Will definitely make this our first choice next time we're in Rehoboth again!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable. But the outdoor deck is simply stunning! We had a breezy sunny week and spent much time out there grilling, eating and reading (when we weren't on the beach). Some additional highlights: a quiet street but close to convenient Rehoboth Ave., use of Rehoboth parking permit which allowed us to park close and for free at the south and north beach entrances, comfortable airdream mattress (do not fear the fold-out queen sofa), and the friendly generosity of the landlord. Can't WAIT to return!

Tree House Hideaway

  • 5 of 5

My partner and I absolutely enjoyed staying in this studio apartment, tucked into a quiet neighborhood with mature trees and pines surrounding it. The well appointed studio is on the upper story of a bungalow style home, the expansive private second floor terrace is softly shaded, with a decent amount of afternoon sun filtering through. Perfect setting for an afternoon cookout or cocktail party.

The interior is very well appointed with stylish furniture and paintings. There is ample space for clothes storage, a spacious and airy bathroom, new stackable washer and dryer that are ever so handy, skylights that help open up the interior, a small kitchen, and toggle switches on every light switch - great for setting a serene mood

We like to cook... and the only drawback for us was the small size of the kitchen, it also lacked some essential food prep items (no skillet) and storage space for our food was minimal. If you only need to eat a minimal breakfast and make a quick sandwich for lunch at the beach then this kitchen won't present a problem. The new gas grill on the terrace came in handy - grilling chicken and steak was no problem.

We hope to return to this rental next year, it is so well kept and so conveniently located to the main avenue of shops. Bin 66 wine shop, Grubs Market, and The Cultured Pearl restaurant are only a block away! And in a 10 minute walk you are in the thick of things on Rehoboth Avenue.

Thanks Robb and Charles (owners) for the fantastic stay!
