This Mt. home is in a year round subdivision with nicely snow plowed roads. Also, you're sure to have no dust in the Summer season, as this is a paved community.

We make it easy! You can drive your vehicle into a heated/cooled extra large 2 car garage that is greatly accessed to the home. For you baseball fans, not to worry....we have the MLB package, so you won't miss a game of your favorite team.

Conveniently located on the East side of the home is a fire pit!

You can enjoy roasting hotdogs or marshmallows!!! The roasted marshmallows make the BEST roasted dessert, S'Mores!!! (graham crackers, chocolate, roasted marshmallows). Just put the chocolate and roasted marshmallows between the graham cracker and it makes a great sandwich dessert. MM..Gooood! You'll never forget it!!

Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed our stay in your lovely cabin. The location is PERFECT. A word of advice: check road conditions before you venture out. HWY 14 was closed the morning after we arrived by an avalanche and several back-roads were impassable because of a mud slide from the recent snow. But, the weather here and at the national parks was great. Thanks!

Beautiful home and area

  • 5 of 5

The home was so lovely and it such a beautiful area. The one issue that we had a problem with was finding the house after dark. We got delayed in Los Vegas so we didn't get to Cedar City until after sunset. Then we drove Hwy 14 in the pitch black. We lost our cell phone coverage which also didn't help us locate the house. We found the development, and road we needed, but struggled to find the house. We saw the number the next day on the pine tree, but missed it in the dark.

Other than that, the house was fabulous. We had a badger dig a burrow outside the back door, we had mule deer come for breakfast one morning.

It has plenty of room and is in an excellent location from which to visit Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

The house was everything advertised and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Ideal location between Bryce and Zion National Parks as well as other areas. Wish we were able to stay longer. So much to see and do. The night sky is amazing.

Perfect! Everything as described and more.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful visit! The house is conveniently located between Zion and Bryce, and was a comfortable place to stay after long days taking in some of the most beautiful scenery we have ever come across. Next time we will stay longer. The house was easy to find and exactly how it is described. Basic necessities, plus some unexpected extras (cooler) were provided. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for visit the area.

Amazing place

  • 5 of 5

This was an amazing place to call home for 6 nights. Excellent location between all the parks. The amenities such as gourmet kitchen, fireplace and fire pit, soaking tub, mule deer nightly playing in the yard made for a very enjoyable stay. The stars were amazing every night. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the towels they were thin and scratchy, pillows were flat and uncomfortable and to stock more toilet paper. Two thumbs up and I would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Florida Gals Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Three retired professional women enjoyed 6 nights in this beautiful VRBO home that is located between Bryce and Zion National parks. We spent our days exploring the parks and hiking the trails so the location was perfect for us. The home was gorgeous, roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the house were perfect for watching the wildlife (mule deer, rabbits) that visited both morning and evening. We cooked each night of our stay and we found that the kitchen had everything we needed -- pots, pans, dinnerware storage containers and bags -- and plenty of extras (condiments, seasonings, extra food). All of the beds were clean and comfortable. We liked having access to the garage which was very convenient on our one rainy day. One evening we had a delicious steak and vegetable meal that we cooked outside on the propane grill. We had planned to use the fire pit for smores and sit around and sing, but the weather was a little too chilly for our Florida blood. Amanda, the owner, was an excellent communicator and provided prompt replies to our questions before and after we made the reservation. The only major complaint we had was the lousy wifi connectivity for email and Facebook on our computer and tablets. Overall, we had a grand time and would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Starlit Nights

  • 5 of 5

This mountain home was adorable. It is absolutely lovely and the master suite is amazing! Amanda was available and responsive from booking through check out. Everything was simple, and the home away app is great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.

There is a family of deer that are in the yard all the time, so the wildlife is present. It was so nice to have them wandering the yard as we sat outside barbecuing. The fire pit was also a nice perk and we used it to roast marshmallows and say tongue twisters. The stars one night were absolutely amazing. You could see the milky way and they were so bright and so close it felt like you could reach out and touch them. We have a lot of clear beautiful night skies in Wisconsin, but this was magnified.

We visited Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon several times. Bryce is 40 minutes away and Zion is 40 minutes to the east entrance, but you truly need to be at the south entrance to catch shuttles to go to the trail heads, so plan for at least an hour or more, with the tunnel. It is a beautiful drive though through the canyons. We loved hiking and swimming in the virgin river. It is majestic. A fun time was had by all. Even our youngest, at 10 years old, hiked for up to 4 hours.
