Not okay

  • 2 of 5

Cabin was fine, never stayed at a place with so many fees, why pay a cleaning fee if there's a 25$ fee for undone blankets,25$ fee for every trash bag left behind, 75$ fee for moved furniture, 50$ fee for unproganned alarm, I've never seen so many fees with Any other company.

Owner's Response: Maricela, I'm very sorry if you had a negative experience at our cabin. The fees you mention are simply in place because we ask for furniture and things to be left as you found them, and trash removal to the dumpsters needs to happen before the cleaning crew arrives as to not attract wildlife. We don't have any hidden or surprise fees in any part of our agreements. You were not charged for anything except the rental and the cleaning fee. If there is anything we can do to resolve your concerns, please let me know.

New Years Trip

  • 5 of 5

Our Family spent 4 nights during the winter months and everything was exellent. Roads maintained as good as could be with over 4 feet of snow.

Cabin is warm and cozy set up perfectly to play in the snow with downstairs outside access. Plenty of beds for 12 people to have private areas.

I had questions about RV parking and the owners/Managers were very helpful and prompt with maps and answered all questions before we made the trip.We will be back again. Hopefully soon.

Beautiful cabin! We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous and spacious cabin! We only stayed three nights for a weekend wedding in Duck Creek Village. Wish we could have stayed longer! This cabin had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. We were given detailed directions on how to get to the cabin which was nice since we arrived in the evening during a snowstorm. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen was spacious with lots of amenities. It was so nice making dinner and gathering around the dining room table for a meal. I loved the main common area/living room! Huge windows, three comfortable couches, and a cozy fireplace. It was perfect for spending time with the family playing card/board games. The deck/patio was very nice, although we didn't use the grill. We did spot wildlife from the deck/patio on the property! The main floor bathroom was very nice and clean, loved the stone detail- it had a luxurious feel to it! The basement was an added bonus for us- we didn't use it much as there was plenty of space on the main floor and upstairs. There was a washer and dryer in the basement, but we did not use them due to our short stay. There was also an additional full size bathroom in the basement, which was nice for our large family. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets throughout the cabin. There was plenty of parking space available. We absolutely loved this beautiful cozy cabin, and we're already talking about booking it again sometime next year! We highly recommend this lovely cabin!

Beautiful home.

  • 5 of 5

This house was great for our ATV trip. It had ample room for everyone and it was private. With 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms we were quite comfortable. There was a TV room in the downstairs which was nice because there wasn't the TV noise going all the time upstairs. There was a pool table in the 3rd level next to the bedroom. It needs a little maintenance and some cleaning up around the exterior of the house mainly out the back door but overall we were very comfortable. The driveway leaves little to be desired as we were pulling 2 trailers with ATV's. The driveway was steep but once you went down there was ample room to maneuver and unload. Going up was a different issue. Thank goodness it wasn't raining or it could be a slick drive back up. We loved watching the deer and they were quite tame and came very close to us a few times.
