Old, very beautiful annex "The Homestead", 2 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1830. 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Parking. Shop, grocery, bar 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "St Austell" 17 km. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Delightful quirky little property

The location and style of the property was utterly lean and well equippedThe host was welcoming and helpful Lovely location and outside space Only negatives for us was the inconvenience of the sink being in a separate area from the kitchen.. We would also have liked bigger bowls for our cereals The shower head was positioned so low even I strudggled to wash my hair..no hope for my very tall husband plus would have liked a bigger shower head All in all great place for a short break

Fabulous Gorran Haven.

Excellent accommodation, perfect setting near to beach and centre of village, off street parking on site very nice small garden to use, all in all a very good holiday let.
