Kleine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Der Balkon bietet zu jeder Zeit einen schönen Ausblick unter anderem auf einen Teil des Pools!
Die Kommunikation mit Frank und Ralf ist stets unkompliziert und sehr angenehm gewesen und man hat immer schnell Rückmeldung bekommen!
Für uns war die Lage perfekt, da man zu Fuß oder mit wenigen Autominuten schnell zu nahegelegenen wunderschönen Buchten kommt!
Klein aber fein
Wir waren drei Wochen im August in Cala d‘Or. Die Zeit war superschön und drei Wochen kriegt man auf der tollen Insel auf jeden Fall rum!
Das Appartement ist zwar klein, aber für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Alles ist neu und sehr schick und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Vor allem den eingebauten Kaffeevollautomaten fanden wir super! :)
Die Lage der Appartementanlage ist optimal, zwei Buchten sind fußläufig total schnell zu erreichen. Es lohnt sich aber auch definitiv die vielen anderen Buchten in der Umgebung mit dem Auto zu bereisen, davon gibt es einfach unendlich viele schöne.
Die Fußgängerzone, Restaurants und Bars am Abend sind ebenfalls nach einem kurzen Spaziergang zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
In der Appartementanlage war es größtenteils ruhig, am Pool gab es immer genug freie Liegen. Es war immer alles ordentlich, der Hausmeister ist den ganzen Tag über unterwegs um alles in Ordnung zu halten.
Die Kommunikation mit den beiden Vermietern Ralf und Frank war jederzeit einwandfrei und sehr nett!
Wir hatten also rundum eine schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen :)
Als Tipp vielleicht noch zum Schluss: es lohnt sich definitiv auch das Auto zu mieten, denn die Insel bietet so viele schöne Orte, die einen Ausflug wert sind (z.B Valldemossa, Port de Soller, Alcudia oder natürlich auch Palma).

Het appartement was prachtig, het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en meer! Alles wat je wenst is in het appartement aanwezig. Het zwembad is rustig en goed onderhouden.
Hervorragendes Appartement mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage am Rand von Cala D‘Or und ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist von höchster Qualität und es ist sehr sauber. Die Anlage verfügt über genügend Stellplätze und einen schönen Pool, der sehr ruhig ist. Ein toller Ort für viel Entspannung. Die Buchten Cala Esmeralda und Cala Gran sind sehr schnell zu erreichen, im Hochsommer jedoch auch sehr voll. Mit dem Auto sind wunderschöne Buchten, welche außerhalb von Orten und Hotelanlagen liegen, in 5-10 min zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Wohngegend der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge, die mit einem Glas Wein auf dem schönen Balkon enden. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt und die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen. Es gibt immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in dem Studio von Ralf und Frank. Tanja hat eine sehr nette Übergabe gemacht. Der Poolbereich , sowie die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte mal bei Euch gewesen sein.

The south of Mallorca is best known for its picturesque bays amidst magnificent nature, but also for its party haunts like El Arenal. However, if you go a bit further towards the southeast of the island, the somewhat quieter beach resorts that are especially created for holidaymakers and families outweigh the majority. A pretty resort has gained more and more popularity in recent years - Cala d'Or, also known as "the golden bay of Majorca". Here, the small retreat welcomes you on 31 square meters with everything the holiday heart desires: washing machine, high quality upholstered bed, high quality sleeping stool from BoConcept, satellite TV, stove, extractor, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, air conditioning (w / c), shower room, two community pools (1x adults, 1x children) which are only accessible to the always quite empty property, balcony with Webergrill, towels, bedding, u. v.m .. From the complex can be reached in about 50 meters as the crow flies Cala Esmeralda, but also the Cala Gran and the city center, or the port are within walking distance. For Lazy drives here a tourist train.

So is the charming seaside resort of Cala d'Or, whose beaches and coves are characterized by rugged cliffs, idyllic almond plantations and green, fragrant pine forests. Among the most popular and largest beaches include the same beach of Cala d'Or and Cala Gran, which are very popular because of their diverse entertainment options, especially in families. Especially the golden yellow and fine sandy beach Cala d'Or is very family-friendly due to its protected by rock walls location and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The beach of Cala Gran is a bit further north and is very popular with divers and cliff diver. But the beautiful, mostly natural coves Cala Serena, Cala Es Forti, Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda where the apartment is located, bribe with its fine sand and the turquoise blue glowing water, in which one would like to jump right in. The latter means translated emerald bay and just a glance at the colorfully shimmering water can guess where this name comes from.
Tips for activities and excursions in the area
As soon as you have lounged enough in the sun or tried out some of the many water sports and visited the beautiful marina and the fortress Es Forti, which sits next to the harbor, it is time for you to make the area of Cala d'Or insecure. Grab a small, cheap car - (about 100 EUR / week with full insurance - Attention: in Germany try one of the rental car companies on the spot still some (nonsensical) insurance to sell extra.) - And visited the many beautiful places in the close environment.
A popular place just outside of Cala d'Or, the beautiful beach of S'Amarador, I have already put to heart. But believe me: that's not all. This beautiful beach is located in the middle of the not far away natural park "Parc natural de Mondrago". This 765 hectare park is a true mecca for nature lovers and a must during your holiday in Cala d'Or. You can reach this natural park for example by bicycle, alternatively and it is a bit easier by car or by bus line 507 (ticket for € 1.70 per trip). Numerous hiking and biking trails lead through the nature reserve, beautiful bays, including the said bay of Cala S'Amarador and Cala Mondrago adorn the park and make it undoubtedly one of the most beautiful attractions in the whole of Mallorca. Just enjoy the peace, switch off from the stress of everyday life and walk from one bay to the next. When the weather is nice, you can go for a dip in the turquoise shimmering sea to cool down or unpack your blanket at one of the many idyllic places and have a little picnic. Yes, this park is the perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation - just wonderfully beautiful!
Once there, you should also visit the pretty, small community of Santanyi, which is best known for its large almond tree plantations and traditional Mallorcan architecture. Just a walk through the magnificent old town followed by a visit to one of the numerous rustic restaurants just makes you happy.
The small, traditional harbor town of Porto Petro, just a few meters from the Mondrago Natural Park, is at least as beautiful and not quite as touristy. Here you can still enjoy the original charm of an old fishing port.
