On 100 m² there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with fireplace and an American kitchen. The fenced outdoor area offers 3500 m² of beautiful terraces and a well-kept garden with private pool, outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Our younger guests can play on the lawns or swing.
The house has very good access to the beautiful beaches of the Costa de la Luz, the airport and Jerez de la Frontera and its race tracks.
The village of Villamartín is only 5 minutes away. Here you will find a variety of restaurants and supermarkets and you can visit monuments and monuments worth seeing.
The town of Arcos de la Frontera is 10 minutes away and the pretty villages of the Sierra de Grazalema are 15 minutes away.

Schönes Haus

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem großartigen Grundstück. Wir haben insbesondere die Außenküche und den Pool genossen. Leider war auf dem Nachbargrundstück einer Firma öfter ein Generator in Betrieb, der die Ruhe gestört hat.
