À éviter absolument

A éviter absolument ! J’ai réservé 4 semaines une chambre prévue pour max 4 personnes avec un tarif par nuit. Lors de la réservation j’ai annoncé 2 personnes et tout de suite annoncé par e-mail que 2 enfants nous accompagneraient la première et dernière semaine. Aucune réponse pendant 2 semaines. J’ai ensuite téléphoné et le propriétaire m’a parlé (en allemand) de manière assez sèche et m’a informé qu’il y aurait un petit supplément pour les 2 enfants, sans mentionner de montant. Lors de la prise des clés ce monsieur nous a annoncé un prix soit disant officiel pour 2 personnes supplémentaires nettement plus élevé que le prix réservé, qu’il a ensuite été rapidement d’accord de réduire d’environ un tiers. Mais il a encore exigé une « city tax » qui n’avait été mentionnée nulle part, en sus du prix de base ! Aucune discussion n’a été possible, bien que sur le site, une réservation pour 4 personnes donne exactement le même tarif que pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Le propriétaire était plusieurs fois absent aux rendez-vous qu’il avait fixé et m’a raccroché au nez au téléphone. Nous avons finalement eu le choix de payer cash le montant exigé ou le prix initialement annoncé (1/3 de plus) selon une facture « officielle » envoyée par e-mail via le site de réservation. Mis à part cela la chambre est dans un état très moyen, les couloirs plutôt sales et certaines prises électriques mal fixées. Après une semaine de séjour 3 agents de police ont frappé à notre porte : ils cherchaient une personne qui d’après leurs informations aurait dû habiter notre chambre !

Værter uden nogen form for professionelintet

Værten kunne ikke snakke engelsk, hvilke gjorde det svært at kommunikere fra start. Værelset stod ikke klar ved ankomst og kontoret havde lukket under hele opholdet. Da vi skulle hjem havde vi glemt vigtige smykker på værelset, men da vi havde afleveret nøglen, måtte vi vente 3 timer på at blive lukket ind igen. Da vi kommer ind på værelset har en fra personalet været inde på værelset uden os og gemme smykkerne. Vi fandt dem heldigvis, men det var tydeligt at deres intention havde været, at vi ikke skulle have de smykker med hjem. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse og aldrig noget vi vil anbefale til andre.
