Great, homey location in Ptown

  • 5 of 5

This was our first experience with HomeAway and we will probably never go back to staying in a hotel. The location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops, galleries and restaurants on Commercial Street. With private parking, we never had to look for a parking spot, but were able to take the car out easily to visit the beach and Truro Vineyards. It was quiet and cozy in the evenings. The unit had everything we needed to feel at home and be comfortable. It was very clean. And there were instructions, directions, maps, and suggestions to help us feel at home. It truly was a "home away from home"!

Great location, comfy apartment

  • 5 of 5

We spent the long Indigenous People's Day weekend here. The weather was beautiful so we were able to explore many of the walking trails in the area. Provincetown was pretty busy, with plenty still to do and great dining, even at the end of the season. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the very well-outfitted kitchen for the meals we cooked in.

The owner's description as a "Zen Zone" is spot-on!

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely property, comfortable and well-appointed, including the kitchen. The location is excellent - it's in a quiet spot (provided the neighbors aren't partying!), set back from Bradford Street, in easy walking distance to the restaurants, galleries, shops and other attractions of Provincetown. There is a parking space for one car, but this would also be an ideal rental for people arriving in Provincetown by ferry, airplane, or bus. Weather permitting, the deck - surrounded by trees - is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and relax. It might not be the best choice if you're looking for easy and convenient beach access, but if you want to enjoy the many other things Provincetown has to offer, you can't go wrong with this property. Communication with the owner, Georgia, was quick and uncomplicated. It's obvious from the way the condo is decorated that the owners also use it themselves, which gives it a comfortable, welcoming and homey feel. We had a wonderful time here!

Secluded Getaway in Wonderful Provincetown

  • 4 of 5

The condo is set in the east end of town, within easy walking distance of the gallery district, shopping, and restaurants. Lots of parking although the lot is unusually shaped. The condo itself is relatively spacious, with one large and one small bedroom, a shared bathroom, a well equipped galley kitchen and a living room. There is also a spacious deck with a grill. The condo was very quiet, although the lane was unlit and difficult to walk back to at night without a flashlight. Overall it was good value for the money.

Owner's Response: We are glad that you chose our condo, a 2 bedroom,1 bathroom unit with a modern open concept design highlighted by a large wall TV over the remote control gas fireplace. We love the fact that it is quiet, and yet has quick access to everything you want to be doing. We too use our phone app light at night, when walking the 100 feet lane in from Bradford Street. Once you are on our property, the security lights come on and guide you over to the entrance.

First time on HomeAway was great!

  • 5 of 5

Georgia and Wes provided a great, quaint home in proximity to so many great areas of Provincetown.

Well within walking distance of the main downtown area, it was a perfect location for us.

The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen had all that you need for meal prep and dining.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at their place and would recommend it for others!

Exactly like the pictures...

  • 4 of 5

It was great. ..exactly as pictured.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and the property..the only critique I have is maybe use plug ins. The house had a not so good smell from being closed in for a long period of time...We left the windows opened to get some fresh air in..

Other than that it was perfect!

Owner's Response: We are glad our pictures are an honest representation of what we offer. In the preseason, the condo can be closed for days between guests, the first thing WE do when we arrive is open up the double sliders to get the fresh Cape air inside!.
