About this property

The practical and comfortable apartment, BJ 2005, is located on the ground floor.

The living room contains a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove and. Oven.

From the comfortable fold-out sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) you can watch TV or listen to the radio.
The bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet and shower, and the window also contains a mosquito screen.

Cot and high chair are available.
All rooms are to be darkened with blinds.

The terrace faces south and a beech tree, which is also a very popular climbing tree, provides shade, a nice alternative to the beach when it is really hot in summer.

A parking space is reserved for our guests.

The price is for 2 people, for all other guests the price increases a little. (Children from 0-6 years do not cost extra.)

Bed linen, 2 duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets; Hand towels, tea towels, bath rugs must be brought along or rented on site. (Price per person € 15.)

The final cleaning costs are 48 €.

In the high season we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. In the off-season and outside of school holidays, shorter periods are also possible depending on availability.

... im vermutlich kleinsten Seebad Usedoms. Ruhig gelegen, alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt.

Alles was man braucht

Wir waren zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Trotz, dass die Wohnung relativ klein ist, haben wir uns nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Man ist ja größtenteils sowieso unterwegs. Alles Wichtige, auch ein paar Spiele für die Kinder, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam. Zum Strand sind es ca. zu Fuß 10 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
