Home has excellent reviews from previous guests. Home was entirely remodeled in 2010. All new kitchen with granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat top stove and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' new Samsung flat screen in family room.

Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, new carpeting everywhere else.

Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses.

We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs.

Please Note: The rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday.

Great house

The house was perfect with close beach access and pool. The only negative was the dryer did not work which made it difficult with all of our family including 6 adults and 2 children not having enough towels after beach/pool etc.

Owner's Response: I was advised that the dryer was not working the day before the renter was scheduled to depart. The renter told me that they could live without it for the rest of their stay. I had an appliance repairman at the house a day after their departure to diagnose the problem. He returned a day later with the replacement parts and repaired the dryer. I am sorry the dryer failed but the renter led me to believe they could go without the dryer for the rest of their stay.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever need.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation with my family. The beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The beach and pool were just a short walk from our house. The owner was amazing to work with.

Great location!!!

So close to the beach, with plenty of room for 8! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will certainly look to rent this house again. Ray was very easy to work with, and even took the recycling can out for us on trash day. The only things that would have made the house perfect would be a few more spatulas and possibly an electric griddle (for large breakfasts). Overall, you can't go wrong with this house - only steps to the pool and beach!

Great time in Isle of Palms

The house was completely as advertised. Clean, well app Perfect for our group who were spending a long weekend in Charleston area. Clean and well maintained. Very easy walk to the beach and the community pool was literally right outside our doorstep. Golf course less than a mile away. The owner Ray was available if needed. I highly recommend this house. It is perfect for a family vacation or a long weekend with friends. Next time I come to the area, this is the first house I will look for.

Very nice home. Lots of room and was as promised on line.

Very clean, a lot of room, comfortable and well equipped. Very very close to the beach and the pool. You can be in charleston proper in half an hour.

2 small suggestions fans in all the rooms would be nice and the cook ware is ready for an update.

Ladies Trip

We enjoyed the open living room and dining areas to relax. The beds were very comfortable (always important). Property very well maintained & clean - and was in a great area. Loved being able to walk to the beach/pool. The owners were wonderful and very helpful with arrangements.

We would love to stay at this house again.
