Cozy roof-only house in the Kratzmühle leisure center with 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
On the ground floor are the large living / dining area, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom.
Via a space-saving staircase, you can reach the upper floor / attic with two further separate bedrooms, one of the two bedrooms also has a balcony with a wonderful view of nature.
There is a grill in the lovely garden. 1 parking space is available.
Upon request, towels and bed linen can be provided for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
The house is located on the Kratzmühlsee (about 800m) with a restaurant, kiosk, bike rental, playground, technology museum and thus offers many leisure options such. B. swimming, hiking, fishing, boating etc.
An ideal starting point for many excursions and activities in the surrounding area such as. b.
Bike tours, hiking, climbing, searching for fossils in quarries, dinopark, high ropes course, castles, palaces and ruins, Altmühlterme, summer toboggan run, etc.

In Beilngries, about 4 km away, there are many delicious restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes and shops, as well as doctors and pharmacies.

In Ingolstadt, 30 km away, the Westpark offers further shops, restaurants and cafes

The last approx. 300m driveway to the house are unpaved!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist gemütlich und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nett. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Gewürze, Öl und Handwaschseife sollte man aber selber mitbringen. Zum See braucht man ca. 10-15 Minuten und auf der Altmühl kann man wunderbar Kanu fahren. Ein Auto ist ein Muss zum Beispiel zum Anreisen und zum Einkaufen.

Ruhiger und schöner Urlaub

Bei diesem Ferienhaus bekommt man das Rundum Sorglospaket. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und der Kontakt vor Ort sehr nett. Das Haus hat einen kleinen Garten, in dem man sitzen kann. Der See ist sehr nah und für kleinere Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz. Das Haus war sehr sauber und im Kiosk kann man sich Brötchen für den nächsten Morgen bestellen. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schönes Haus, wunderbare Gastgeberin, tolle Gegend

Hier mangelt es an nichts, alles wunderbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bemüht, dass es einem gut geht. Man fühlt sich rundherum wohl. Noch ein paar Informationen für zukünftige Mieter. Explzit nicht als "negativ" gemeint, wirklich nur zur Info: - An Ausstattung ist alles ausreichend vorhanden, man muss eigentlich nichts mitbringen. Nur ein scharfes Messer zum Schnippeln wäre sinnvoll. - nur 2 Betten in einem Dachzimmer lassen sich zusammenschieben. Dann bleibt allerdings eine "Besucherritze" und man muss gebückt ins Bett gehen. - In der Wegbeschreibung ist ein "Musterhaus" erwähnt. Das gibt es nicht mehr. Den "Altmühlweg" einfach immer geradeaus fahren und an Abzweigungen rechts halten, parallel zum Campinggelände. Auch wenn man glaubt, jetzt gehe der Feldweg los: weiter geradeaus fahren bis weit in den Wald hinein. Dann kommt links eine Schotter-Auffahrt, wo man die Nummer von Haus 64 sieht. Direkt daneben ist das Ferienhaus. - Google Maps kennt "Kinding, Ferienhaussiedlung 49" als Zieladresse. Notfalls damit navigieren. Aber vorsicht: Google schickt einen ggf. nicht durch den Campingplatz, dann kommt man genau von der anderen Seite und muss auf dem engen Weg umdrehen um die Schotter-Auffahrt hochzukommen (mit normalem PKW kein Problem). - Waschen ist im Haus nicht möglich aber am Campingplatz für 3€. Trocknen für 2€. Ein Wäscheständer ist im Haus vorhanden (dickes PLUS!)

Vermieter war sehr freundlich . Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Einrichtung war auch zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Nur ein Minuspunkt.Hund war zwar erlaubt aber am See war alles weiträumig abgesperrt. Man kann zwar gut mit dem Hund laufen in der Umgebung aber an den See darf man nicht. Sind auch weit und breit keine Abfall Behälter auf gestellt wo man den den Hunde Abfall beseitigen kann. Aber das hat nichts mit den Vermieter zu tun das liegt bei der Gemeinde. Alles im allen sehr schön nur Hunde unfreundlich.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr nette Vermieterin und auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief völlig komplikationslos. Das Haus war sauber, es gab alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Es liegt sehr schön am Hang, man hat auch im Garten seine Privatsphäre. Die Umgebung und der See sind toll. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da. Vielen Dank!
