We had a great week in the house in Livingston Manor, the kids enjoyed the creek, we relaxed by the firepit, went hiking and visited town on several occations.

Exceeded expectations
Our family stayed in Karina’s house for 6 weeks this summer and it was absolutely perfect. The yard, the creek, the clean and spacious home. We are so grateful. Absolutely book this house — it’s even nicer in person. Fully stocked with everything we could have needed.

Great experience - highly recommend
We had a lovely stay at Karina's house. It is a beautiful house, we especially enjoyed the open layout of the great room and the spacious deck. Our son also loved playing in the creek in the back of the garden, and borrowed some of the children books. The house is extremely well located, about 2 hours away from NYC, and very close to Mongaup lake, Big Pond, Beaverkill road and so on. Thanks Karina for sharing such a great place!

Great house!
Great house, inside and out. All amenities were just as described. Ample space, comfortable furnishings, beautiful property—not much more you can ask for! Karina was super responsive to any questions we had, and we all loved every minute of our two weeks. The stream out back is lovely. It’s easy to explore the area. The setting feels remote in the best way, but it’s just a few minutes to groceries, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

I am a high school ESL teacher and my husband, Obadiah, is a sound designer/composer. We bought this house when we were living in Manhattan, before we had kids. We were desperate to have some private outdoor space of our own. It was originally a hunting cabin but was added onto before we bought it. When we bought it, the additions were only about halfway finished. We spent seven years working on it, finishing it to our taste. We started renting it out in 2009 and, as corny as this sounds, really enjoy sharing our house with so many appreciative guests. It’s a special place for us, and many people have told us that it is that for them as well. We love that!
