It can be occupied as a whole (22 people) or only for 12 - 16 people, then there is a corresponding number of bedrooms available. The owner lives permanently in the house. Relax outdoor at the terrace with parasol and garden furniture. Barbecue possibilities are available. The campfire place promises romantic evenings. Your holiday house: Your mountain cottage consists of 2 floors, 11 rooms (from which 10 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 22 persons. On colder days your mountain cottage can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). In winter there is a fireplace in the common room and wood is available. The entrance leads over 1 step. The rooms are divided as follows:Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room, 50 sqm and with tiled stove, lounge, dinette, TV and DVD. The dinette offers space for 32 persons. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (8 burners), electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (400 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with shower, 2 washbasin and WC. 1st floor: Bedroom 8 sqm and with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each 5 sqm and with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 7 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 16 sqm and with shower and 2 washbasin. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and lounge. Bathroom with shower and 2 washbasin.
