The apartment was classified with four stars (F ****) by the DTV in November 2018.

The Vogl family offers you an 87m² holiday apartment in the middle of the holiday resort Drachselsried.

The house with three floors is located in a residential area in a quiet location not far from the village center. It is a granny flat on the bottom floor.

From here you can take advantage of countless leisure activities that are offered in the holiday region of Zellertal and the surrounding area. Of course, the apartment offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday here.

The apartment consists of:

- Fitted kitchen with a small bar area, equipped with various electrical devices incl. Coffee machines! (14m²)

-Dining room with large dining table and 6 chairs, a high chair can be added (11m²)

-Living room with large living area and 55 "flat screen TV with Abilight, game console Sony PS3 with two controllers including various games, Blu-ray player with some films on DVD or Blu-ray.

New from July 2019: Sky Q Mini - experience the pay-TV channels from Sky in addition to the channels that can be received via satellite receiver. The entertainment and cinema package is available. Most channels in HD.

The TV is also smart-enabled, so you can use your own account (e.g. Netflix / Amazon Prime, accounts are not provided by the landlord!) can also watch your favorite series (24m²)

-Bedroom with double bed 180x200cm, large sliding door wardrobe, full-length mirror, coat stand, electronic safe, on request a cot 140x70cm can be provided free of charge (14m²)

- hallway with cloakroom and shoe cabinet, showcase with reading material (e.g. Lord of the Rings, various books by Nora Roberts for your leisure time and various board games (e.g. Monopoly, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire v.m) (16m²)

-Cleaning / storage room with washing machine, foldable stand dryer, iron, ironing board, foldable laundry basket and cleaning agents (3m²)

-Bathroom with rain shower / hand shower, large vanity, illuminated large-format mirror, underfloor heating, toilet. Furthermore, an illuminated cosmetic mirror, free hygiene bags and a folding waste bin (7m²)

We offer the following free additional services:

- WLAN access

- Fixed network telephone (handset) with its own number (only free for domestic calls to the fixed network)

- A table tennis table with two rackets for outdoor fun

- A parking space for cars or motorbikes directly on our property

- Your bicycles or your departure or departure Cross-country skis / snowboards can be parked in a garage. Other sports equipment is of course included here

- A charcoal grill can be borrowed from us on request

- There are two sun loungers and a large parasol available, you are welcome to use them in the garden of our property

- Apple harvest in autumn from our tree in the garden for your own use

- Key safe with illuminated numbers at the house entrance for your keys

- Use the large clothesline in the garden, or use the foldable stand dryer provided for you

- For your safety, there are various smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit for emergencies in the apartment

- Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment! An ashtray is available at the entrance outside

- Basic equipment in the usual quantities of detergent, dishwasher tablets, coffee beans for fully automatic coffee machines, aluminum and cling film, baking paper, household paper towels, toilet paper and hygiene bags
