About this property

"The Hidden Home" is hidden in the maze of alleys of Speyer's historic old town in the former tanner's quarter directly on the medieval city wall. Our house is newly renovated, completed in May 2013 and offers you five beautiful, well-kept apartments of approx. 36 - 46 sqm, all with light-beamed ceilings, some with their own terrace to the southwest, its own small courtyard and car parking space by arrangement.

The apartments are ideal for singles, couples or small families with children with enough space even for longer stays. In addition to the French bed in the bedroom, a high-quality sofa bed is available for a third person in the living room.

Apartment 2 is classified with 4 stars, apartments 1, 3, 4 and 5 with 3 stars by the DTV - German Tourism Association.

Enjoy the peace and security - only 300m from the center.

Apartment 3 is a 3-star mansard apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, approx. 38 m² for 1 - 2 people, 3rd Person possible (sofa bed) for € 15, - / night.

The apartment is furnished with a mix of modern furniture and selected old things.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher and stove. Oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with 4 * freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
In the living room you will find a modern flat screen LED TV, a DVD player and a radio with CD player and MP3 connection.
Of course you can access the Internet free of charge via WLAN.
The bed linen is professionally cleaned.

The Hidden Home - The Hidden Gem

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town of the city of Speyer. Charming, bright flat with a view of the Dom over the roofs. Lovely decorated apartment with a brilliant mixture of modern and vintage furniture, plus a super convenient open kitchen. We will be back!

eine ganz besondere Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist ganz besonders gepflegt und sauber, Küche und Bad ungemein propper. Die City ist fußläufig sehr schnell erreicht und die kleine Straße sehr ruhig. Wir wunden sehr nett und freundlich eingewiesen. Wir haben uns in dieser netten, kleinen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt,

Charmante kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen Objekten des alltäglichen Gebrauchs ausgestattet, sauber und funktional. Auch baulich ist sie durchaus interessant gestaltet. Für 2 Personen ist sie m. E. vielleicht etwas beengt. Nach meinem Geschmack könnten die Außenanlagen auch etwas besser gepflegt sein (Kehren, Säubern der Haustür); zudem sollte man wissen, dass die Gasse, in der das Anwesen liegt, eher nicht zu den gepflegtesten Umgebungen Speyers zu zählen ist.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, zentral, aber sehr ruhig

Wunderschöne, helle uns sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Eine Besonderheit ist die Dachterrasse (Wohnung 2), ein Traum für ein Frühstück im Freien. Obwohl recht zentral gelegen ist es doch eine sehr ruhige Wohnung. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (gut durchdacht), der Kontakt sehr nett, also auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
