Sit back and enjoy the Ocean Views from our Marco Island beach front condo. This condo is part of the South Seas Club, a beautifully maintained gated community. You are only steps from one of the most wonderful beaches in South Florida. Ten tennis courts, boat docks and a fitness center are also available within the complex. Unit is in Tower 1 #411. Building is very safe, quiet and clean. Professionally maintained.

This condo has undergone extensive renovations during the summer of 2013 and 2014 and has an updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been completely modernized. All rooms have been repainted and crown mouldings installed. The master bedroom comes equipped with a King-sized bed, new carpet and an en-suite bathroom. Lots of closet space too! The guest bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses. Beautiful ceramic tile in hallway and living room/kitchen. Condo is 'turn-key' ready for your next South Florida vacation.

We have been coming to Marco Island and the Fort Myers/Naples area for years and wanted a vacation rental in a building that was clean, quite, well maintained and safe. The beaches are great for walking, running and shelling. The pace on the island is slow and relaxed.

What makes this condo unique

The view is spectacular and unobstructed. If you like the beach this is where you want to be. This is the only gated community on the Island and the landscaping on the grounds make you feel like you are at a 5-star resort. The pool and pool area is fantastic and are never crowded.

you are always a little trepidatious going to someone's place that you have not seen. we could not have been happier with this condo, the area, the beach, the view, the people. gorgeous sunsets every night made us want to stay in, which we did most nights. restaurants are within walking distance. very well decorated condo with all modern amenities. there was nothing more we could have asked for.

Excellent Stay!

I will start off by saying I'm extremely familiar with the South Seas Towers as I've been going to Marco Island for many years. The unit we normally stay in was unavailable so I rented this unit for the month of July/2014. The owners had all new living room and dining room furniture delivered the 1st week of our stay along with new box spring and mattress in master bedroom. I consider myself to be extremely picky in terms of accommodations and this unit was spotless in terms of cleanliness and high end. Kitchen was redone last year along with bathrooms. You are able to obtain keys thru rental agency upon arrival and contact rental agency for any problems which is great! We will be renting this unit again next year.....!

Great place to spend January

Pros:

The Views! Largest beach I've ever seen and this condo has lots of windows to see it all. Never tired of watching the sunsets and sunrises. But especially the sunsets. We made a special effort to be home to see the sunsets. One time with me, wife, & 82 yr old mother doing the "Corona w/ lime" on the balcony. 3 places to park, underground is a bit crowded at times, upper deck has way, way more spots than is ever used. and out front of the building you could easily park several buses. Locked room (uses building entry key), across from the office has lots of carts that you can use to bring stuff in and haul stuff out. Plenty of storage for all your stuff in the condo. The condo is open and bright, the bathrooms are real nice, the kitchen is fully stocked and ample. Beds are very confortable. 3 large elevators with hardly any wait time. Great heated pool with lots of seating both in sun and shaded around it. Plenty of security: Gated drive w/ 24/7 security guards, locked building entry using copy-proof key,staffed office during business hrs., and seperately keyed locked condo.

Cons: The dishes and towels & sheets were dirty on arrival. Not to reflect on the owner, this was the cleaning service not doing their job. Washed all the dishes & spent time at a nearby laundry cleaning towels & bedding. Living room furniture is worn and the headrest on the recliner was gross (we covered it with a towel). Living room TV worked ok but the picture wasn't real good, dark and bad color. Washer/Dryers are not in condo instead each floor has two each in a room at the end of the hall that use a "debit" card that you pay to charge up. (A load of towels cost us $3 to wash and completely dry for example). The condo unit itself doesn't have internet available. There is public wireless internet available in the lobby. In order to use our computers in the condo unit I had to use my wireless hot-spot. Spent an extra $60 that month as I exceeded my plan. As with all rental places there were a few maintenance issues but everything was addressed w/o problem.

It would be a mistake to think we didn't like staying here. We loved staying here! and would stay again w/o hesitation provided the cleaning service do their job properly.
