Come relax on the beach and experience the sugar white sands and emerald green water that the NW Florida Gulf Coast is known for. Enjoy the views, breeze, and quiet from this top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean-front condo. The oversized 30’ balcony spans the living room and master bedroom – just imagine waking up to the sounds of the surf and sea birds. The unit faces SSE which is perfect for enjoying the balcony at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen has all the luxuries of home and includes a washer and dryer. The living room has a 38” TV/DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 27” TV. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a 27”. Portable beach chairs, beach towels, reading materials, high speed internet, hair dryer, iron, paper towels, dish soap, salt/pepper, and laundry soap are also available for your use.

The Commodore has a heated gulf front pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, shuffle board, and charcoal grills. The location is terrific. It is located 1/4 mile west of St Andrews State Park that has, in addition to pristine beaches, two fishing piers, a jetty (great snorkeling), a boat ramp, nature trails (good bird-watching) and shuttles to Shell Island during the spring and summer. It is also located 1/4 mile east of Schooner's, the 'last local beach club'. Plus, the Commodore is a smaller condo so the beach and pool don't get too crowded.

About The Owner

Originally from south Florida (Cocoa Beach and Pompano Beach), we have lived in Panama City since 1982 and love it. We love the ocean, the bays, the rivers, the birds, the trees, the people,..., everything. Growing up on the beach, we especially like the beautiful beaches and emerald water. We bought the condo in 2004 as a place to eventually retire and use the rent to help with the costs. We live in Panama City about 20 minutes from the condo and, thinking ahead, probably won't want the maintenance of a home and yard in retirement.

Every year we improve the unit in some way. In addition to replacing the carpet with tile and painting, we have replaced the sliding glass doors, the kitchen countertop and all the appliances, the bar stools and dining furniture, and the guest bedroom furniture. We live about 20 minutes from the condo and work right down the street from it so we are always close if you need us.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004

Why The Owner chose Panama City Beach

We chose the Commodore because of its location (off the beaten path and next to the state park) and because of its oversized balconies.

Clean property with no problem with parking. Quite area with no traffic hassle.

Love this Unit at Commodore. Decor very pleasing to the eye, very calming. Spacious, Clean with all you need for you vacation. Owners very easy to work with. Never had such an attentive owner. Lisa is right there if you need anything. Loved the location.

Great Stay - Great Location

I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in PCB. The beach is less crowded on this end and within walking distance to Schooners and St Andrews Park. Condo was nice clean and on the top floor with great view.

We can't wait to go back! The condo was clean, well furnished, and exactly as described. The mattresses were firm and did not have sunken spots. Lisa was always available for questions and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The condos have awesome security guards who kept the noise level down. Hurricane Nate delivered a glancing blow during our visit, but luckily it only cost us 2 days of beach time. The water was crystal clear and the waves (aside from the hurricane) were gentle enough that our 3 year old wasn't knocked down. The pool was always clean and well maintained. We loved it all!
