GROUND FLOOR One bedroom/One bath 781Sf condo with great room & 42' plasma TV / 9 Ft Ceilings and open kitchen (with island), lots of cabinets, all black appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, self-cleaning oven with flat ceramic top. Full size washer/dryer in condo. Large patio. Bedroom has walk-in closet. Bathroom has tub/shower. Plenty of other storage space.

Why Celeste chose Camelback East

Our condo, located at Citi on Camelback, is centrally located. We like the size & layout of the unit and the fact that it is on the ground level and has two parking spaces right outside the front door.

What makes this condo unique

We are so centrally located and close to the freeways (SR 51, I-10, I-17) that it's easy to get to the airport (10 min), Scottsdale (15 min), downtown (5 min drive), Phoenix Children's Hospital (5 min drive) and any sports venues (Talking Stick Resort Arena-Suns basketball, University of Phoenix Stadium-Cardinals football; Chase Field-Diamondbacks baseball, Gila River Arena-Cyotes hockey or other attractions including the Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, just to name a few. When you are not busy seeing the sights or taking in a sporting event you may relax in the pool, hot tub or use the fitness center at our complex.

FANTASTIC RESORT/CONDO/HOSTS !

We are a senior "Snowbird" couple and have stayed at Randy and Celeste's condo #1047 for four consecutive years. The condo was always clean, well furnished, kitchen suitably stocked and everything in good working order. It was a bonus that this unit includes use of a garage! Randy and Celeste were always prompt and courteous to respond to any questions or needs that arose. The central location of "Citi on Camelback" was ideal for us. We look forward to returning in the future if they have a unit available. Thank you kindly Randy and Celeste!

A place to return to year after year

This is the second year that we've stayed in this unit. Close to restaurants, hiking, shopping. Pool area very nice with fireplaces for nighttime leisure. Celeste is great to work with. We will likely return.

The Perfect Vacation Accomodations

Beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. The pool and fitness center were perfect for our needs and the complex as well as the condo is very well kept. We would definitely rent this condo again. Celeste and Randy were a pleasure to deal with.

Long weekend stay

The condo was nice. My only complaint was it was noisy due to construction behind the unit. The bath tub also needs updating. But all in all it was a nice place.
