Minutes from the new light rail, I-10, I-17, and SR 51. GROUND FLOOR One bedroom/One bath 781Sf condo with great room & 42' plasma TV / 9 Ft Ceilings and open kitchen (with island), lots of cabinets, all black appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, self-cleaning oven with flat ceramic top. Full size washer/dryer in condo. Large patio. Bedroom has walk-in closet. Bathroom has tub/shower. Plenty of other storage space.

Tenant has access to exceptional amenities which include: A 24 hour fitness center, business center, billiards room, club house, 2 swimming pools/spas, & a BBQ grill. Controlled access gated community! Conveniently located - close to downtown, sports venues for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns, airport, several valley hospitals including Phoenix Childrens Hospital, shopping centers etc.. Why The Owner chose Phoenix

Our condo, located at Citi on Camelback, is centrally located. We like the size & layout of the unit and the fact that it is on the ground level and has two parking spaces right outside the front door.

What makes this condo unique

We are so centrally located and close to the freeways (SR 51, I-10, I-17) that it's easy to get to the airport (10 min), Scottsdale (15 min), downtown (5 min drive), Phoenix Children's Hospital (5 min drive) and any sports venues (Talking Stick Resort Arena-Suns basketball, University of Phoenix Stadium-Cardinals football; Chase Field-Diamondbacks baseball, Gila River Arena-Cyotes hockey or other attractions including the Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, just to name a few. When you are not busy seeing the sights or taking in a sporting event you may relax in the pool, hot tub or use the fitness center at our complex.

Enjoyed our stay

This is the second time staying in this condo complex but the first time in this specific unit. We enjoy its close proximity to downtown Phoenix, ease to get to Scottsdale and ease to travel around the Phoenix area. Nice pool area, quiet complex. Clean unit. Appreciated the keyless entry system! One downfall was the dog feces that was often found around our entrance area and once on the sidewalk - not sure who failed to pick up after their pet!!??

Only suggestion is to upgrade the bed linens and to make sure essentials such as garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap are sufficient for one's stay, especially when only a week or two in duration.

A positive experience, nothing negative to say

Nice and clean and ready for us when we arrived. Good central location for exploring the metropolitan area, safe & secure gated condo complex. Swimming pool & hot tub for a soak after hiking the Chulla Trail! Nice garage for the automobile. Everything needed to prepare meals and relax was there . One does need a car but we got around easily without using the freeways. Overall a positive experience, nothing negative to say.

Would rent again!

We stayed at this condo for 2.5 weeks and were very happy with the condo (convenient location, nice complex). Although only one bedroom, the condo is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable - and we are picky!. We loved the pool area - super quiet and not at all crowded. We definitely would consider renting again if we were to return to the Phoenix area!

Great Location

My husband and I stayed at Celeste & Randy's condo during our home remodel and it was exceptional. The location was central to all of my shopping (flooring, appliances, lights, fixtures), reaching all areas of metro phoenix. The condo was very clean and well appointed, making it easy to fix meals. It was also very quite and secure. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Phoenix for vacation or a remodel.

Completely satisfied.

My wife and I had never vacationed in Phoenix before and selected this property because of its central location. We watched spring training baseball and took a day trip to Sedona. The complex is large but this condo is in a quiet and fairly private location. Fully equipped and very reasonably priced - so much better than a hotel. The residents we met were friendly young professionals. The condo was spotless. We had a private shaded parking space right at the bottom of the stairs. The pool and hot tub area is excellent - we used it every day. Coffee on the balcony every morning with lots of singing birds. It was a very relaxing week. We would love to vacation here again.

Great Central Location!

A home away from home, this condo made our 4-week stay in PHX very comfortable and secure. The condo itself was clean and well-equipped, and Celeste & Randy were very helpful throughout the entire rental process, providing great arrival and departure instructions. The discount tag for groceries at Fry's was also well appreciated over our stay. The condo facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the pool & hot tub, BBQs, gym, security, clubhouse and helpful staff. It was centrally located to allow easy access to any part of the city we visited, and close to the train to downtown PHX, Tempe and Mesa. We look forward to returning to PHX in the future and would definitely stay at this condo again. Thanks Celeste & Randy for a great VBRO experience!
