Amidst the wide flat Frisian marsh landscape is the farm Samaria.
Created in the 18th Century, he first belonged to Jeverland and was in the 19th Century incorporated into the city Wilhelmshaven.
Coming from the main road, you first drive through the flat, ditch-covered fields of the area to the idyllic Breddewarden. The Wurtendorf consists of a few houses and was built slightly raised to protect the former inhabitants from storm surges. With its rural, slightly enchanted Sleeping Beauty charm, it will set you in tune with the surroundings.
Around the village or outside - either way you will land at the entrance to Samaria. At the "Basset letterbox", which you can not miss, turn off, and after a short while you will reach the farm. Over historic cobblestones on a small tree lined walkway, you'll reach the parking lot right up to your home for the holidays.
Samaria consists of several buildings in which six apart from a private apartment, rooms for dog breeding and land have been created from scratch. Five of them are in the large farmhouse, which, typical of the area, has a roof that has been pulled down far and windows with small slugs. The building receives thereby a special, original and homely charm.
The sixth spacious apartment for your holidays can be found in the "Old Backhaus", an outbuilding. Descriptions of the Backhaus and the other apartments can be found above under the corresponding names such as "Nordseetraum" or "Komfortgalerie".
The buildings are surrounded by a large, tree-lined property, which is divided into several fenced freewheeling areas for your four-legged friends. Here there is opportunity for playing, sniffing and romping, as much as the dog heart desires. The distance to the nearest neighbors and the dog-loving guests in the yard bothers even an occasional barking anyone.
So enjoy the end of the day by the fireplace or on your patio, perhaps after a walk by the sea, a visit to the city or a day trip to one of the North Sea islands, while your dog continues to enjoy the fresh air in a sheltered environment.
