What a name for a vacation home: Villa Sanssouci, the villa without worries .... spend a carefree stay in this beautiful holiday home. The approximately 70m ² ground floor apartment can accommodate a maximum of four holiday guests. A separate bedroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room with sitting and dining area are waiting for the discerning guest. The recently updated bathroom has a nice bath with shower attachment. Let the evening end on the beautiful covered loggia and enjoy the view in the "own garden". For the holiday laundry washer and dryer are available. The car can be parked on the parking space belonging to the apartment in the yard behind the villa.
Living and cooking
In the cozy separate kitchen, it is wonderful to cook, without disturbing the Miturlauber. For helping hands, there is a nice seat at the kitchen counter. Here also the fast meal can be taken. The living area has a comfortable seating area and a stylish dining area. Through the large windows, a lot of light can penetrate into the high rooms. In a quiet side street near the center is the lavishly restored villa. Bakers, shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach with the longest pier in Europe is less than 400 meters.

Heavenly sleep - you can in the large double bed with canopy in the spacious separate bedroom. Further sleeping possibilities are available in the living room, where two separate sofas can be converted into comfortable sleeping quarters.

The bathroom has been completely renovated and now has a nice tub with shower attachment. Through the large window lots of natural light falls into the room and can be well ventilated.

Schöne Villa

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was dazu gehört. Zentral gelegen, schnell am Strand und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas holprig, da wir Sonntags angereist sind. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat dann doch noch funktioniert. Vielen Dank.
