About this property

Attractive 2-room apartment with a 35 sqm terrace in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The family-friendly holiday apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room/bedroom, small separate kitchen and bathroom is located in a building with a total of 6 apartments. It is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace of approx. 16 sqm covered and closed on two sides and of course furnished - an ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine after long days on the beach. The living/bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can also be used as a corner couch with many back cushions or with only 1 single bed and the rest as a couch. Optionally, the two single beds can be positioned next to each other to form a double bed - especially in midsummer when the terrace becomes a living room.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist schön und hat eine tolle Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man einen kleinen hübschen Strand. Auch Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenen Capoliveri, das auch eine schöne Altstadt, Restaurants etc. hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
