Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage hinter einem empfehlenswerten Bio-Laden. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Freundliche Vermieterin. Worpswede ist immer eine Reise wert.

Schön war‘s - trotz Regen

Wir hatten ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter, hatten uns aber darauf vorbereitet. Das Haus war super und die Vermieterin sehr nett.

Tolle, moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung und das Haus sind top-modern und bieten einen netten Kontrast zum pitoresken Worpswede. Tolle Lage mit schönem Blick, komplett ausgestattete Küche, wunderbarer Holzfußboden und eine Sauna, die wir sehr genossen haben. Zu Fuß ein Katzensprung nach Worpswede und direkt an der Einfahrt ein schöner Bio-Laden.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor Ort kann man gut in der Natur spazieren oder auch in nur wenigen Gehminuten das Zentrum zum bummeln erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :-)

FeWo neben Baustelle, ruhig ist anders

Es hieß, die Ferienwohnung sei sehr ruhig gelegen. Das stimmt leider nicht. Unmittelbar nebenan (ca. 20 m entfernt) befindet sich eine Gewerbehalle, die der Familie der Vermieterin gehört. Und diese Halle wurde ab dem ersten Tage unseres Aufenthalts kernsaniert, mit Bohrhammer, Flex, kleinen Frontladern. Wir wurden zum Empfang von der Vermieterin informiert, dass am nächsten Tag eine Wand abgerissen wird; es war ihr sehr unangenehm, sie hat sich dafür entschuldigt und uns einen Gutschein für den benachbarten Biomarkt gegeben. Leider hatte sie uns gegenüber zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass es sich nur um diese eine Baumaßnahme handele. Auf der Internetseite zum Gewerbe ihres Mannes konnten wir jedoch lesen, dass es sich um einen kompletten Umbau bis min. Januar 2023 handelt. Dies ist schlicht und ergreifend unmöglich und muss im Vorfeld bekannt gemacht werden! Das Haus ist sehr modern, die Einrichtung dagegen nicht: Es gibt weder eine Spülmaschine noch einen Herd mit Umluft; die Küche ist einfachstes Fabrikat. Die Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer, eine Schlafcouch, ist durchgesessen, die einfassenden Metallrohre ständig spürbar. Die Schränke sind von einfachster Qualität. Das Fenster des WC-Raumes mit direktem Blick in die Gewerbehalle kann nicht verdunkelt werden. Es ist sehr schade, dass mit einem tollen optischen Äußeren geworben wird, auf die Ansprüche von uns Urlaubern jedoch nicht eingegangen wird. Die Nutzung der Sauna ist toll und ja, die Vermieterin ist nett. Wir haben eine Woche gebucht, um uns von vielen Alltagserlebnissen in Ruhe zu erholen, mit Sauna, Lesen, Entspannen. Dies hat jedoch nur an einem Tag geklappt, dem Samstag. Ehrlich währt am Längsten!
