Our property manager is an American living on the island who speaks both English and Spanish, and is on hand to assist you with anything you might need, as well as to offer concierge services such as grocery shopping, activity planning, chef services, and much, much more.

Fantastic condo with lots of space, lots of bathrooms, and a stunning view. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo for other travelers.
This is our second stay at Palmar condos and our second condo unit we have rented. Both units were managed by Alex and again we found him to be courteous and friendly. For this trip we shared the two bedroom condo (6E) with another couple. We all enjoyed the beautiful very large swimming pool, full kitchen and condo laundry room. Each couple had their own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The Master bedroom and bathroom is roomy and has an ocean view. The second bedroom was much smaller and adjacent to the entry hallway without a view. The room was adequate and the small bathroom functional. The location of the condo is convenient to town via an 80 peso ($5.00 USD) one way fare. Since we had stocked up at the Mega (Super Walmart type grocery store) and opted for some meals at the condo, frequent trips to town were not needed. I will also add that as frequent Cozumel visitors over the past 14 years, our interest in having to sight-see is not our priority. Our main focus is Scuba Diving. For this trip we chose Tres Pelicanos and found the services adequate for our needs. One bonus was the op included pick up at the condo as well as transportation pack to the condo form the marina. Overall, the stay at Palmar condo was once again enjoyable.
Location was great for us for scuba diving with our favorite dive shop -(Papa Hogs). The unit had a great view ? It was spacious and well maintained. The manager (Alex) was courteous and friendky
We had a beautiful condo with great views of the cruise ships and ocean. The pool was very nice, although cold when we were there. The pool area is wonderful, made great use of the cabanas. Very private and quiet area.
Any problems we had at the condo were quickly taken care of, everyone was very responsive to our needs. The condo was well stocked and I liked that you did not have to have cleaning service every day...I appreciate the choice of how much you want the place cleaned. I would stay here again. My only wish is that is was directly on the ocean, or had some access to it (instead of across the street from it), but we knew that when we booked, so it was fine with our family.
the building is in a great location. the pool was very clean. The work out room should be updated. It should have towels available. It did not have any cleaning wipes for the machines/equiptment.
The lounge next to the work out room had a fowl odor for all of the days we were there.
We stayed in unit 6E and the decor was A+. (More english tv stations would be better to offer)
We also stayed in unit 2D for a few days due to flight delays. This unit was very nicely decorated as well. The ocean view not as good as the upper floor unit.
The maintenance man was needed for 2 visits due to washing machine issues. He was very polite and helpful.
