Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the complex "Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort" in the region of Murcia. It is very tastefully decorated and has a large terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the golf course.
It is located in a complex with several communal pools and various services where you can relax and enjoy the good weather characteristic of the region.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is an area designated as a Regional Natural Park in the Region of Murcia. The buildings of the complex preserve the charm of the area, such as the old manor house, now fully restored as a clubhouse and town center. The apartments overlook the Nicklaus-designed golf course and are built in the colonial style of the Riquelme families, which gives the complex its name.

The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational activities. Sucina is reached by car in just a few and there are stores, banks and restaurants with national and international cuisine (Italian, Hindu).
The coastal town of Los Alcazares with sandy beaches, shallow sea and restaurants is about 20 minutes away. By car you can reach Balsicas train station with its high speed trains to Murcia, Cartagena, Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Albacete and Valencia in 15 minutes.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Bon séjour dans ce bel appartement dans un cadre magnifique sécurisé et reposant

Quelques petites améliorations à apporter à cet appartement pour qu'il devienne sublime : par exemple une table basse dans le salon des rideaux occultants en plus des voiles dans le salon des verres de cuisine tout usage en supplément quelques récipients verre en plus (saladier)
