About this property

The apartment is located in a thatched thatched house right on the backwaters in Lieper Winkel, a popular surfing and sailing area. The bathing beach is right on the doorstep. The apartment is at ground level and has a separate entrance. The landlord lives in an apartment in the same house. Parking at the house. In the morning freshly caught fish can be bought directly from the fisherman on the doorstep. A shop for everyday goods is 200 meters away. Bread rolls can be fetched there on advance order. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and their overnight stay costs € 5 per night.
In addition to visiting the Lilienthal Museum in Anklam, you can walk in the old Hanseatic city of Greifswald in the footsteps of Caspar David Friedrich or visit the museum harbor. You drive to the nearby Baltic Sea in about 30 - 45 minutes.

Ein Ort für Ruhe!

Es ist ein einzigartiger ruhiger und landschaftlich wundervoller Ort. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer der kleinen Wohnung ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung war einfach und funktional eingerichtet, genau was wir gesucht hatten. Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt und unser Vermieter Hr. Hermening ist ein äußerst netter Herr und sehr interessanter Gesprächspartner. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es war toll, vielen Dank!

Der Vermieter ist äußerst angenehm und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und wunderbar ruhig und abends konnten wir tolle Sonnenuntergänge bewundern
