This ski-in/ski-out condo located in 'The Village at Breckenridge Resort' has excellent access to the Quick Silver High Speed Ski Lift as well as Breckenridge's famous Historic Main Street filled with Shops and Restaurants. This studio unit appeals to a romantic couple or a family with one or two small children wanting to stay at one of the best locations in Breckenridge. The sleeping accommodations consist of a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. My goal is to place guests in 'the correct high-end condo and an unbeatable price'. I own several units from a studio to a unit with four queen beds and three full baths. I began renting my own units in 2002 and owe my success to my guests.

The unit was painted on 19 October 2013.

There are other Village at Breckenridge studio available to you. All the studio units are located in the Peak 9 Inn Building. What separates this unit from the pack? 1. Ski Mountain View 2. A corner unit condo (quieter than the others) which has two windows in the living area (more views) and a private hallway when entering the unit. 3. This unit is larger than other studios.

The living area has a 32' HDTV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker (bring your own coffee beans because this one is a grinder as well), blender, and crock pot. There is also a large closet with an iron and ironing board, a humidifier and a fan. There is a set of drawers next to the bed and inside the bathroom area. All linens, paper towel, etc… are furnished. There are also coin-operated laundry machines on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge Homeowners Association provides high speed wireless to this unit.

The Village at Breckenridge Health Club (located in the same building as this unit) has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The Health Club provides towels for your use while you are using the area.

Underground heated parking is available.

Ice skating/paddle boats on Maggie Pond are also just steps away. Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

great place right in the middle of everything!

My wife and I went in august and had a great time. The condo was great, we could walk to everything, right downtown where everything is. We did a lot of hiking and could walk to some of the trailheads and some of the popular ones were just a short drive. Scott was very helpful with things we might like and was available if we needed anything.

Very cosy with great view

Nice short summer getaway in the mountains of Breck. Room is cosy for 1 to 2 people. Close to main street. Some problems with the keys being deactivated but the owner was very responsive and wanted to ensure the stay was comfortable. Room is very comfortable and has terrific views of the mountains.

Great Location and Great Owner

Seriously the location cant be beat. You are perfectly situated between easy access to the slopes and a hop away from main street. On top of that you have access to a hot tub and sauna which is critical to surviving multiple days on the slopes.

Lastly, the property owner couldn't be more helpful. He responds quickly to any questions you may have, helps out with getting discounted equipment rentals and genuinely feels like he wants to make sure you have a great vacation.

Ill definitely be staying at one of his properties any time I visit Breck!

Perfect Vacation

This property cant be beat... well the view is probably the only thing better. I cant emphasize enough how convenient the location really is being ski in/ski out and you are spitting distance from main street.

The room being a studio is more than spacious for a couple or a couple and kids since the couch pulls out into a full bed and with a full kitchen allows you to save some money by not having to go out for every meal.

Another perk is access to the rec space downstairs complete with heated pool, dry and wet sauna and multiple hot tubs.

Unbeatable location! Especially with kids in ski school! Owner is very accommodating!

Scott is very accommodating & helpful! He offered tips to make our stay more convenient & save money too! This property got a little crowded due to 5 (myself, husband, 2 kids, & grandma) of us staying in the room, but we knew this up front. Highly recommend this property! View is phenomenal & owner is great to work with!
