The spacious living and dining area on the main floor open to the large lanai and expand your space into the beautifully landscaped lawn beyond. Enjoy a BBQ dinner or your favorite tropical concoction on the lanai as the sun sets. The well-equipped kitchen encourages your inner creative chef to show off a bit, or simply walk to a number of great restaurants in the area if you’d rather let someone else do the honors. The family room features a large flat screen high definition TV with HD cable with Blueray and a DVR, so you can spend a day at the beach or on the ocean and you still won't miss any of your favorite programs or sports events! Relax in the comfy seating and enjoy your favorite snacks! With 1778 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy privacy and still have space to gather and celebrate your time together in this beautiful island paradise.

The 3 bedrooms on the upper level are spacious and airy. The master bedroom suite features access to the upper lanai, with a wonderful ocean view and also has its own flat screen HD TV with HD cable for late night viewing. The master bath offers a large soaking tub and separate walk in shower along with dual sinks. All towels and linens are provided, of course! The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and also opens onto the upper lanai. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and also features a flat screen HD TV with HD cable in the room.. The second and third bedrooms share the second large bath on the upper floor. There is a full sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the upper hall, and we supply the laundry products for your use.

Na Hale O Keauhou B3 is perfectly situated for our guests and is located close to the pool and fitness facility for easy access and enjoyment. Careful thought has gone into equipping the property with all of those little amenities that make life easy and carefree on vacation.

Air conditioning is available for an additional $20 per night plus tax if desired, but the wonderful ocean breezes do a great job of cooling the home.

You can walk to Kahaluu Beach Park, one of the premier beaches on the Kona Coast, for snorkeling and swimming or stroll up to the Keauhou Shopping Center for a movie, fine or casual dining, shopping, shipping, or the terrific Farmer's Market that is held on Saturday mornings. Golf, other beaches, and all the shopping, ocean sports activities, and dining opportunities of Kona are within just a short drive.

Why Carole and Chelsea Kwiat chose Kona Coast

My wife and I looked for the perfect place in Hawaii for several years. When we walked through the front door and saw the panoramic ocean view we knew we had found our dream condo. We have a spectacular 180 degree ocean view from both lanais which are very private, and have spent many, many hours watching beautiful sunsets and the whales frolicking in the bay. The condo is very large (close to 1800 square feet), which makes it perfect for our family gatherings or sharing our piece of paradise with friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped which makes us feel right at home.

What makes this condo unique

Na Hale O Keauhou is one of the few new complexes in the Kailua-Kona area (it was built in 2005). It is located only a 5 minute walk away from major attractions ( e.g. a great snorkeling beach, the Keauhou Shopping center and the Kona Golf and Country Club). It has a beautiful pool area, complete with hot tub and children's pool and there is an Exercise Room in the complex. After watching the sunset, you can barbeque on your own lanai, without having to go to a community barbeque.

Our family had the most awesome holiday in this wonderful home. We would like to thank the owners for their generosity. Everything we could have wanted was supplied e.g., kitchen appliances, spices, laundry and dishwasher detergents, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, patio furniture and grill, what more could we have asked for. We have been visiting Kona yearly since 2000 and without a doubt this is the best Townhome we have ever stayed in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any future travelers. We would also like to say a big thank you to Carole the property manager who made our checkin very easy and quickly sorted out a very minor problem we had.

Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent plus the 13.4166 percent Hawaii tax on the rent. We strongly encourage Travel Insurance. There are no exceptions.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount would be due immediately and the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal or business checks.
