About this property

We rent a bright, modern 60 sqm apartment in the quiet, idyllic village Krvavica on the Dalmatian coast. You can expect crystal-clear, clean sea water, a family beach and smaller bays for sunbathing and swimming, where you can enjoy more privacy.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern holiday home built in 2014. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king-size bed, satellite TV, sofa bed, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer ... everything to make your stay pleasant.

The large balcony invites you to linger - enjoy the sea view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Free parking is available right outside. Towels and bed linen are also available free of charge from us.

In the town of Krvavica you can enjoy peace and relaxation, in 8 minutes you can walk to the beach. 100 meters from our house is a small grocery store, where you can buy fresh bread and bread and groceries for your daily needs. A large supermarket can be found in the 3 km distant city of Makarska.

The resort of Krvavica is 80 km from Split, 92 km from Split Airport. You can easily reach us by car (about an hour's drive) or by bus for a fare of 8.30 euros each way (62 kuna). Here you will find no mass tourism but a quiet, clean resort for your holiday for two or with the family.

Krvavica is characterized by a small harbor, pine forests and beautiful bays. The lively town of Makarska, with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, is 2 km away. Other smaller places (Baska Voda, Bratus, etc.) can be easily explored from here and test the restaurants, eat fish, coffee, cocktails or wine. We are happy to give you recommendations on local activities, restaurant recommendations, etc.

Einfach perfekt!

Vermieterin war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und gute Tips gegeben. Die Lage des Apartments könnte nicht besser sein und das Meer ein Traum. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Kroatien machen, dann nur hier und in dem gleichen Apartment. Vielen vielen lieben Dank und liebe Grüße.

TOP zufrieden

Man fühlt sich in der Unterkunft richtig gut aufgehoben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt: Küche inkl. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfanne etc., Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, WLAN. Die Villa, in der die Wohnung sich befindet, ist TOP gepflegt und macht einen wertigen Eindruck, ein Parkplatz vor der Tür ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Krvavica und haben uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Dajana war immer hilfsbereit und hat auf jegliche Fragen und Wünsche sofort reagiert. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10min. (zurück braucht man mindestens doppelt so lange, da bergauf). Leider gibt es auf dem Weg keinen Bürgersteig, sodass man auf dieser ziemlich engen Straße den vielen Autos (zumindestens in der Hochsaison), die zum Parkplatz am Strand fahren, ausweichen muss, was gerade mit Kleinkindern keine einfache und sichere Sache ist. Der Strand in Krvavica ist ab 12 h überfüllt (Hochsaison). Unser Tipp: besucht die Strände in der Nähe. Sowohl auf der linken als auch auf der rechten Seite vom Krvavica-Strand gibt es schöne Badestellen, wo es nicht so viele Menschen gibt. Zum Einkaufen braucht ihr definitiv ein Auto. Makarska erreicht ihr in ca. 20min. (auf der Straße ist gefühlt immer Stau), da gibt es Kaufland, Lidl etc. In Krvavica selbst ist nur ein sehr kleiner Laden vorhanden. Wenn ihr einen ruhigen Vorort sucht, wo es nicht so laut und überfüllt ist und mit einem Auto anreist, wäre Krvavica einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Alles super, sehr sehr nette Vermieter

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr großer Balkon, gut ausgestattete Küche, top Klimaanlage und sehr sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Fußmarsch von maximal 10 Minuten (nur zur Info: man läuft zum Meer bergab und bergauf wieder zurück, kann aber auch direkt am Meer unten parken). Sehr toller „Haus“-Strand. In 50 Minuten wäre man zu Fuß im Nachbarort makarska (mit dem Auto ca 10min) mit schöner Promenade und vielen Restaurants. Wir waren happy und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :-)

Ein echter Geheimtipp

Wir haben uns hier richtig toll erholt. Ich bin spontan mit meinen zwei Kindern angereist, die Vermieterin war sehr großzügig und herzlich. War alles kein Problem. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut, sie gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück waren extrem sauber, man sieht, dass großen Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird, das war uns aufgrund der Situation sehr wichtig. Zum Kochen war alles da, Bett war bequem und Balkon war riesig. Man konnte abends schön dort zusammensitzen sitzen und aufs Meer gucken. Die Lage ist wirklich TOP, zu Fuß nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Schönes, kleines Dörfchen und alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Jederzeit wieder!

Ich hatte einen kurzen, aber sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Die Lage ist super, das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Strand und Wasser waren sehr sauber, toll für einen Badeurlaub. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ich hatte alles, was ich brauchte, inkl. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Vermieterin war super herzlich und immer zu erreichen. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder!
