Seabury Condo is situated in the quiet south end of Marco Island, and is just a quick two block walk to the Beach. The extra roomy screened lanai overlooks the pool area. This unit is a second floor walk up with private stairway. No Elevator. HBO/DVR, BlueRay DVD enables Netflix with your account. All beach equipment, umbrella etc, in storage locker.

Person renting must be 25 and staying in unit during rental period.

This is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit. Large master BR with private bath entry with large shower stall, walk-in closet; guest BR with second bath; washer/dryer, ice/water dispenser refrigerator, glass stop stove. All beach equipment; i.e., beach cart, beach chairs, small cooler, and towels supplied.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Watch dolphins jumping at the beach, or witness the Marco Island Spectacular Sunsets, and only a short walk to Caxambas Park.

About The Owner

The first time we drove over the Jolly Bridge and viewed Marco Island, we knew this is where we would want to visit as often as we could, and even retire here. We live on Long Island, but the summers there are a few short months; on Marco, it's summer every day!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2000

What makes this condo unique

This is a small, but very friendly complex. We have made some very good friends here, and makes Marco Island even more enjoyable when we get together a few times a year. The weather is beautiful on Marco, and every sunset is spectacular.

Our wonderful vacation on Marco Island

We were 3 weeks in the Seabury Condo and had a wonderful time. The Condo was clen and it exist everything what we need for a beach vacation. In June there was no season also there for was very quiet.The owner very kindly and helpful.

Special place

Lovely apartment, very relaxing stay. We had wonderful weather all week (last week of April). Marco island has a lot to offer. Neighbors were nice. Pool extremely relaxing. Only upset for the week was that the grill at the poolside didn't work properly, but owner said they would be buying a new one. Yes we would stay again here, clean and well maintained. Owners made it very easy for us with simple instructions as well as posting us details ahead of time. Thank you

Nice convenient place to stay on Marco Island.

Very comfortable, well-equipped condo. Slept 5 easily, air conditioning worked well, as did the washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. Nice, large lanai overlooking the pool. Pool and landscaping are well-maintained. Easy access to the South Beach public access, a marina and shops/restaurants. Owners excellent to work with.

Paradise

This is an excellent well maintained 2BR condo. It is very comfortable; large master bedroom and lanai overlooks the pool and tiki hut. We started out by staying one month and have now extended our "winter vacation" to two plus months. Marie and Howie are wonderful to work with and make the renting experience very easy. Pool area is cleaned several times a week, the grill is in good condition and always has an extra tank of LP gas available, the landscaping is kept in perfect condition. Other renters and owners are very friendly and the place feels like "home"
